Not actually important but I went on a walk today!! My mom got a treadmill for Christmas and I whacked that thing on today and wandered for ab 15 minutes 🥰 I guess it isn’t much but I’d love to do that more often, if not every day if I can, cos I’ve been so much more sedentary than I’ve wanted to be for a long time and for some reason this treadmill feels like it might help ❤️ I wanted to tell someone cos it made me happy and you seemed like a great choice!
Actually, while I’m here, do you have resources for building a good stretching routine? I’m wanting to do that too!
First of all, things that you're proud of are important! I think it's rad that you're getting more walking in! And treadmills are a great way to stay consistent because you don't actually have to leave your house, which makes the entire activity less overwhelming to start and much more likely to be repeated, so fuck yeah!!

This is just a pretty basic primer on stretching with a good selection of basic stretches if you're just looking for a little bit of everything.
This is a resource that's actually intended for physical therapists, so it might be a little too overwhelming to use, but I'll mention it just in case. It's a database of stretching, mobility, and strengthening exercises mostly used for rehab stuff. If you want to see a wide range of different options this can be fun to look through.
This is a yoga site that has a lot of free videos. There's a wide range of different teachers with different styles and focuses. Some have what I can only describe as a Yoga™ vibe which can be annoying sometimes, but there's also a bunch that have a more casual exercise vibe.
This is a yoga channel on YouTube that has slightly less of a Yoga™ vibe IIRC and a pretty decent range of videos.
The yoga videos can be useful because they often combine some flexibility work with some mobility work and both are really important. Pilates videos can also be great for this, I just don't happen to know any off hand.
