Trying my best to go back to working out every day. Started with the 30-Day #Yoga Challenge, but now decided to do a full workout daily. Mixed yoga with #exerciseband stretches for the arms, chest, and back (my weakest areas), #kettlebell exercises, and some work on my mini-#exerciseball (it's actually a therapy ball for my back).
