Front #boxpunches, cross-body #punches, #shoulderpresses, and #uppercuts in a #halfsquat to finish things off! Do 3 sets of 30 of each move to get a great #shoulder and arm #pump! For extra difficulty and FUN! Throw in 10 #burpees between each set for a KILLER #HIIT routine! Do this as your warmup, your finisher, or even on its own on an #activerest day!
