really though looking at some of those exercise / health things im worried about how wrong a lot of it is.
pee should not be clear. pee is yellow for a reason. if you have clear pee see a nutritionist or a doctor.
being skinny is just as unhealthy as being overweight. there are a total of five or six different weight classes that are considered healthy. to figure out how to better take care of yourself according to your class, see a doctor or nutritionist. dont take diet pills or look online because half of that stuff is made up.
do not over exercise while on a diet/ always eat pleanty of food if you exercise regularly. too much exercise without enough nutrition can damage the muscles and your organs.
my mom is a nurse and a big girl and a roller derby chick. she is way healthier then i am and i'm only as skinny as i am because of my body type and my metabolism. i can hardly run more then a mile without gasping like a fish out of water. my mom is planning a bike ride from Washington to mexico. know your body type and health class and be safe and healthy
edit: someone pointed out that sometimes drinking a lot of water over a short period of time can turn pee clear and that is ok in most cases so just be informed of why it is clear
