I mainly use it/it's pronouns but I have it/he in my bio everywhere because if I don't have the 'he' people will use they/them which I hate BUT because I have the 'he' people still ignore the 'it'
He/him is tolerable and more of an I don't care and I absolutely hate she/her and they/them but everyone complains about me using it/it's
It's not dehumanizing if I specifically tell people to use it. Im regularly told "oh but that's dehumanizing and makes me uncomfortable cuz I don't wanna dehumanize you" as if they aren't doing that by ignoring me. I hate having to explain the simple concept of it/it's not being dehumanizing if you are being requested/told to use it, it's only dehumanizing when that person doesn't use those pronouns.
Also God forbid I dehumanize myself, I don't feel human a lot cuz autism gives me a weird sense of self and that's fine cuz it's me to me.
This is exorsexism (whether or not you are non-binary, the dislike of alternative pronouns is rooted in exorsexism), ableism, and anti-alterhuman.
If a person uses more than one set of pronouns, use all of their pronouns frequently. Don't default to one set unless they tell you to prioritize a specific set.
If a person uses it/its pronouns, it's infantalizing to refuse to use those pronouns, because it shows that you believe they aren't autonomous enough to understand their own desires.
And, finally, some people want to be perceived as non-human.
