i’m surprised exormisogyny (the intersection of exorsexism and misogyny) is not a coined term even though it describes the exact phenomena that the trans community is plagued to death with that for that same reason ever since the beginning gave rise to one of the most prominently used slurs of the trans community, that being “theyfab”

its absolutely wild to me that we live in a world where transfeminism was widely agreed upon to be nothing but the feminism specifically pertaining to transfems. like thats just a world we live in which unironically, without batting an eye, just convinced itself yep. there’s transfem in the word therefore transfeminism means feminism for transfems so lets binarize the trans community itself to mimic the dynamics of the patriarchy meaning trans men are cis men and nonbinary people are uhhhh.

yknow that the loudest of the trans community is plagued to death with corrective misogyny when you see TRFs see the vagina as something fundamentally “female” no matter the context, something that is “female” and “forever will be”. when in their same spheres they don’t link the penis to being a representation of “manhood”, and instead see it as something that is inherently genderless and anyone can have it without it implying “gender”, hence the amount of positivity posts they make about it and the amount of terminology they created revolving around words like ‘girl’ and this organ

adding more on to this:

this idea that we are “exempt” from the intersection of transphobia and misogyny (and for what reason? because we don’t experience the same version they do while on top of that are already hyperinvisible from ever having our own experiences listened to that its exactly the intersection of transphobia and misogyny, just in a different flavor?), this idea we should just sit down and shut up EVEN when we’re in our own spaces, finally made for us, finally discussing about the discrimination we face, but they pop up to still demand us to listen to the things they convinced themselves about us within their own echo-chambers, that the oppression we face is nowhere near comparable in level to theirs (which most of us experience the same level btw, just in a different form from one subsection of the community to another that they can’t relate to so they jump to shutting it down all-together in any way they possibly can. its just almost never discussed thoroughly because of this same environment they created leading ppl to walk on eggshells to avoid backlash over even the simple act of breathing). the idea that we are trenders, fakers, all the types of corrective misogyny points rehashed in a trans context, that nothing regarding us is to be taken seriously, that we should be pushed out of the trans community, that we weren’t trans “to begin with”, that we aren’t real because nothing we say is, that we are nothing but a pile of insentient genitals

TRFs see us as the subset of the community that can’t be “truly trans” because they never saw us as real human beings capable of anything to begin with, that transness is only stored in one set of genitals or some shit (and has to be a binary person’s too), that all who aren’t born with that exact same set are deemed non-human to them to begin with, that’s why they believe we aren’t able to have a say in absolutely anything, we can’t be trans, why we can’t be anything in life ever, but a set of genitals to their eyes, not human. and this is the same, extremely pervasive, form of discrimination that is routinely carried out against us but is barely given a name and discussed today, that being: bio-essentialist/corrective misogyny. a deep-rooted bigotry they have that functions to shut down the existence of anything we possibly experience because, to their eyes, we are nothing but a pile of insentient genitilia that ought to be routinely corrected back to it from straying too far. since, to them, how could we ever possibly be affected by anything in life if we were never born humans, unlike them, to begin with?
