"theyfab" "theymab" how about I theystab you in theychest
I’m not even gonna lie if you even slip a theyfab/theymab ONCE or misgender someone bc they’re “aligning themselves with their agab too much” (whatever that means) I’m rebuking you.
You’re just transphobic you have nothing of value to say to me. non-binary people of all things being your biggest opps is embarrassing, grow up. You’re not a “mean transsexual” you just stumbled upon 4chan.
I am nonbinary and have a high likelihood of being intersex (going to have to figure out how to navigate doctors please wish me luck) and I don't know if a post mentioned this but.. the slurs theyfab and theymab. I've seen the second applied to peritrans men and nonbinary people in general, but the entire original of the word being they + AFAB I feel is intersexist as well. Transphobes and exorsexists using the word that involves an assigned gender at birth just makes me so uncomfortable.
Seeing post after post both before beginning to question being intersex and now, it gives me the same skin crawling sensation that TME/TMA does.
And I understand peritrans men are upset! It's not fair that a slur is being used against you. I just don't think I've seen anyone bring up that it can be intersexist? Or at least not yet.
And I haven't seen anyone have the same outcry over theymab and it's.. distressing.
It isn't just me who thinks this, right?
This is intersexism, exorsexism, transandromisia and transgynemisia.
You are 100% onto something, anon, I've talked about this exact thing with my sister. Using people's agab's against them and insulting their identities is not only transphobic in several directions, it's also intersexist because agab as a tool as outdated in the first place, and using agab language to devalue people's identities based on perceived sex is so so so fucked. I assure you, you are not the only person who noticed this. (Also, yeah, I have noticed that there have generally only been an outcry for theyfab and theymab sort of gets left in the dust, while both are equally awful.)
Also, good luck with your visit, anon, I wish you the best!!
never again listening to a single person saying "theyfab/theymab aren't slurs I promise it's not a 4chan word used to mock young queer kids"
post on twitter of a nonbinary person saying they were upset that their doctor was doing the classic underdosing got responded to by several transfems and trans women calling them a theymab and making fun of their gender. it's so blatant how fucking bad they just want to feel powerful, how bad they want to be the mean girls.
People still actually using theyfab/theymab for others offends and disgusts me. It's not righteous, it's not cute, and it's not funny. It's an objectifying mockery of they/them pronouns that also derogates nonbinary people by prominently identifying them via (presumed) AGAB. These terms are as obviously enbyphobic as can be. I will not be arguing with enbyphobes about this as that is apparently a waste of time; just wanted to say that I am disgusted.
trenderpunk4trenderpunk term and flag coin!
"Trenderpunk4Trenderpunk (or Trender4Trender) term for transine individuals who are either exclusively or primarily attracted to "trender" or otherwise unconventionally trans individuals, or emphasize or prioritize their attraction and relationships with other transtrender individuals."
based on this t4t flag, and trender one stolen from an anti 🤷
Anyone can use this! Archival is greatly appreciated, credit is optional and mostly wanted for the knowledge this was made by a radqueer freak.
tell me the most vile, transphobic things you can imagine. tell me you really like me better as a boy. call me transphobic slurs. ruin me... a theymab like me deserves it
