A Destiny/Doom Eternal crossover would be epic. Doom Slayer ornaments for Titan, demonic ornaments for Hunters, and Maykr ornaments for Warlocks. Not to mention an exotic Super shotgun that deals crazy damage up close but has short range and wide spread to balance it along with a 2 shot magazine. Exotic Linear Fusion Rifle or rocket launcher BFG, does exactly what it does in Doom but with low ammo reserves and shorter energy tendril range for Crucible. Special Finishers RIP and Tear, using a holographic chainsaw, and The Only Thing They Fear which uses the Crucible Blade.
Can we talk about the Necrotic Grip Lore for a sec?
Seriously bro, WTF IS THAT
The TLDR for the lore is basically, there was a research team composed of both guardians and lightless, working with the “artifact” recovered from the dredgens, which can be assumed to either be Thorn or the Necrotic Grips (assuming its the Grips). They test it on some cattle, and upon seeing them die a horrible death decide to not do more live testing. Its not made of Hive, but something similar.
It accidentally kills one of the human researchers, very slowly with the corruption. When it hits his nervous system, he spouts stuff like “I’m free” (possible mind control?). Then, days/weeks later it hits another researcher, supposedly responsible for the first death. the author of the records notes that the process is “beautiful” and “almost poetic”.
The last entry states that there is another “accident”, but is HEAVILY implied to be caused on purpose by the author. (more possible mind control)
I mean,
Yikes

Yeah, so, like, Im the Princess of Darkness, and this is, like, my suuuuper goth blog. Preps and posers don't interact.

Никто их так не называет.
Obsidian mind of blade barrage
The "Shards of Galanor" are exotic gauntlets for hunters, they give super energy back upon hits and kills with blade barrage
Aesthetically they are pieces or shards of swords or blades and only the shoulder pads can be affected by shaders
The super energy regen doesn't seem to be very consistent where sometimes killing a mini-boss and a few allies may result in a 1/4 of energy being recharged but then killing two shielded majors can sometimes give your whole super back
Despite this they are still very effective in areas like blind well and escalation protocol where there are lots if enemies present
In crucible the gauntlets are slightly more consistent and reward multi kills of 3 or more with nearly a whole recharge of your super energy
I would highly recommend for all activities if you're a predominate user of blade barrage
Coyote (not)ugly
"The sixth coyote" is an exotic hunter chest piece, it grants a 2nd dodge ability charge.
The sixth coyote's double dodges both recharge simultaneously and allow good synergies with perks like Dynamo
Two dodges are useful for both PvP and PvE but more so in crucible where you can take advantage of dodging around corners and reloading whenever you want if you have a paragon mod or two on.

Bungie Making Changes To Some Exotic Armor, Addresses Destiny 2 Escalation Protocol Feedback – News
[ad_1]
Next week Destiny 2 fans can expect some major changes to some of their favorite pieces of rare gear, but matchmaking for the new Escalation Protocol activity is still up in the air.
With the release of the Warmindexpansion came a number of changes to exotic weapons, and many new weapons became a lot more fun (and useful) to wield. Exotic armor pieces remained untouched, however. That’s…
