Ingredients: 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee beans. 4 cups cold water. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes. Toasted coconut flakes and pineapple wedges for garnish.
Instructions: In a large jar or pitcher, mix the coarsely ground coffee beans with cold water. For 12 to 24 hours, put the coffee in the fridge, cover it, and stir it well. Use a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter to strain the cold brew coffee into a different container. Put the honey, vanilla extract, and coconut milk in a different bowl, and mix them together until they are well mixed.
