I don't know if I asked this before but my mushy brain wanted to ask anyway. What's your opinion on Richard x Aaron aka Expensiveleather?! I genuinely want to know because I remember you liking a fic I made for them once here and they're like MY BIGGEST obsession tbh. I also selfship with both of them so uhhh.
I am going to be honest, I am not much of a shipper lol. I think I only really like PoisonWine because they used to be together, and lore wise that makes it interesting to think about (even if I don't think they should be together). Then I also just have a crush on both of them so yeah it makes sense I'd want fanfics where they are both main roles and that's usually shipping fics-
HOWEVER. Looking at both Richard and Aaron, I can totally understand why people would love Expensiveleather. Aesthetically, it gives a soft of bad boy and prep guy vibe, but when you know more about Richard's personality you can imagine the characters being flipped where Richard is more "cold" outwardly and Aaron is more "warm" outwardly. Then on top of all that, we know so little about them that they are mostly blank slates, so the possibilities for their dynamics are endless so long as it is in the loose guidelines we know about them.
So yeah I like Expensiveleather, even if I don't ship often!
