Sculptor Creates "Exploded" View of Nissan Teana in China

To celebrate its success working with Chinese automaker Dongfeng, Nissan has commissioned a unique sculpture.
As shown in this brief video, the artwork is a three-dimensional exploded view of a Nissan Teana, a midsize sedan that is reportedly one of the most popular cars in China.
The sculpture was created by Dutch artist Paul Veroude, who painstakingly hung 3500 individual components of the Nissan Teana on special wires.
The result is a suspended, three-dimensional look at nearly every mechanical component used on the Chinese-market car.
Veroude says it took just under three months for him to complete the project, describing it as "one of the most difficult challenges I have had."
Veroude has previously created other such car sculptures, including one exploded view of a Honda Formula 1 car.
