Tonight I tried Gulf Oysters for the first time 🦪 I found out the difference between these oysters and other oysters is that they tend to be large, tender, meaty, and mild (due to the freshwater influence of the Mississippi River).

I did like these oysters, they were big and tasted fresh. I love traveling and trying local foods 😉
