Incl- Spinel, Amethio, Friede, Kieran, Arven.
Spinel
Spinel doesn't have time to exercise with everything going on right now. And when he does, he'd much rather use that time to catch up on something else.
You'd have to drag him out of the house just to get him to do some steps. Literally.
If the sport you do isn't too intense, he might join if you ask him nicely. But if it's something intense? He'd flat out refuse.
Amethio
Amethio knows the importance of keeping his body in shape- so he'll try to do that whenever he can.
Usually, he's training with his pokémon. They're running ahead of him, but they always slow down enough for him to catch up.
With that being said, he'd probably join you in any exercising classes you have.
He's more than willing to join a Pilaties or Yoga class since he doesn't stretch outside what he needs to for his runs.
But a full on sport? It depends, but usually he wouldn't.
Friede
He's probably the most sporty one on the list.
Being Captain of the RVT requires him to be in the best shape he could possibly be.
So- if you go to the gym or do any cardio, he's more than happy to join you.
He'll also join any Yoga classes you're in!!
Friede will join just about anything you do. Especially if the two of you barely have any time to eachother.
You play volleyball? His wrists are now hurting since he wasn't doing it propperly.
Lacrosse? He'd be confused at the start. But he'll get the hang of it quickly.
Kieran
The sports and exercise Kieran does is limited to school and pokémon catching.
He won't say no to tagging along to anything you do though. Just be mindful- he's on the weaker end of muscles.
Kieran will try just about anything you do, then he'll decide if he actually likes it or not. This means that he'll join any extreme sports you do once before awkwardly refusing when you ask him again.
If it's something light, like a walk or jog, he'll happily join you again as he knows that it's something he can keep up with.
But with that being said, Kieran will attempt to do any sport or activity that is medium intensity- and he'd probably be able to kepe up after the first few days struggling.
Arven
Arven isn't sporty in any sense,, he prefers staying home and cooking or taking care of his pokemon.
If you want him to, he'll join you in your daily jog or anything that isn't intense.
He'd much rather be at home, cooking up your favourite meal for when you return.
And if you do anything competitive? You'll be full for the next three days after you come home from the competition.

I got a free weekend pass in Comic Con (I originally got a 'Saturday' pass, so that was really cool, and everyone loved my cosplay which made me feel much better,,
A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
Amethio isn't overly affectionate. He doesn't like physical touch as much as a regular person would. Instead, he often shows affection by getting you things that reminded him of you, or spending quality time.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
If the two of you are both Explorers, you probably scolded Sango for annoying him, that paired with your age being similar to his, the two of you became friends after a while.
If you aren't a part of the Explorers, then you met whilst he was out on a mission. He was looking for more information about the black Rayquaza. He was dressed up in a suit to look more formal, and you just so happened to have seen the Rayquaza and the two of you exchanged numbers (it started off being about the Rayquaza, but later turned into the two of you becoming friends).
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Amethio isn't big on physical touch, so he'd always tense up if you hugged him or cuddled with him. After a few seconds of being in a hug, he would relax though.
His hugs are awkward, he isn't sure that he's even doing it right. He has not received any physical touch, so how is he supposed to know how to give it out?
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
Amethio is a part of the Explorers, meaning that he can't settle down. Some day, he wants to settle down (but commitment scares him).
I can imagine that he's pretty good at cooking, he prefers to make simpler dishes but he can make something a bit more complex.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
As for cleaning, I can imagine him having a pretty clean living area, until he has a new mission like the one he has now which causes him to have his nose stuck in books and papers, often leaving his study -or any area where he keeps all his notes - relatively messy as he works on missions.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
Amethio would break up in person, he would try to break it off in a 'professional' and clean way.
As mentioned before, Amethio is definitely someone who is scared of commitment. Nothing about his life has been in one place, and he's afraid to get too comfortable. What if something goes wrong,? What if you get hurt becuase he's associated with the Explorers?
With that being said, he definitely takes his time. He doesn't want to rush getting married, he wants to make sure that you know all the risks associated with his work and what it means regarding your safety.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
He's closed off and tries to appear more adult, which results in him trying to not be gentle, but I can see him becoming gentle later on in the relationship as he begins to trust you, (he's scared of accidentally harming you, especially when you're softer and more inoccent than him (Aka, being a relatively normal person for your age demographic))
Amethio is awkward when it comes to hugs. He isn't used to physical affection, so it will take take a while (a really long time) to get used to them.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
It takes Amethio a while to say it, most because he's afraid. He's scared of what will happen if you knew. He knows it's a bit silly but he can't help it.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
I can see him getting jealous if someone tries to hit on you, but at the end of the day, he's always trying to hide it because he thinks that jealousy is a "childish" emotion.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
Amethio isn't really one for kisses, he'd prefer to hold your hand at most - he isn't embarrassed of you, he's not an affectionate person. If he does give you kisses, they're short and sweet, on your cheek or forehead, but you can see that he actually cares about you.
Amethio is still roughly a teenager (~16-17 imo), so he hasn't thought about kids, but he isn't too fond of them as they're loud and well- kids.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
Outside of missions, mornings spent with Amethio are relatively slow. He'd take his time getting up, savouring the rare moments where it's just the two of you,
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
Amethio would only share a bed/sleeping space with you if he trusts you, there's something intimate and vulnerable about sleeping in the same bed with someone and letting down your gaurd for hours, trusting that they wouldn't harm you.
He has a wild sleep schedule, but he often makes sure that you're asleep before he goes back to work. If he doesn't have a mission, he'd lay with you. He's horribly greatful that you're in his life.
Amethio is more closed than a book that has three inch steel surrounding it. He keeps his feelings to himself and it takes him a really long time to open up. Not that be doesn't trust you -sometimes it *is* because of that- but it's becuase he doesn't know how to express his emotions. His past though? You'll only learn about it when you've fully gained his trust.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Depends on what happens. In a normal situation, it takes a long to anger him, (whether he's hard to anger or he's good at not showing it is upto debate), but he'll never lash out or harm you. No matter how angry he gets.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
Amethio tries to remember every little detail to show you that he's still interested and wants the relationship to keep going.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
Amethio's favourite moment was realising that he can trust you when you him that you'll wait for as long as he needed to open up whilst holding his hand. The look in your eyes as you said those words was so pure and wasn't full of any malice.
Amethio has a well trained Cerulege that he isn't afraid to use if someone is a danger to either of you.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
Amethio knows he sometimes can't be there, so he puts in extra effort into dates, anniversaries and gifts.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
If he skips an anniversary because of Explorer stuff, you best believe that he'll get you something expensive and he'll bring you to a restaraunt that only Arceus knows how he could afford.
After he gets fired, he has more time for the domestic side of the relationship and happily spends his now-free time with you,
Amethio is super closed off. He rarely shares anything with you, he's trying to get better at expressing himself and telling you more about him, but it's hard for him to let down the walls that he has built.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
Amethio tries his best to look neat and presentable whenever he can to look mature and be taken seriously by the other Explorer admins and everyone around him.
After he gets fired, he still tries to look presentable and mature,
At the start, probably, but he'll push down and try to block his feelings, so, not for too long,
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
Despite being super busy with missions, Amethio tries his best to spend as much time with you as he can to make up for the lost time. He knows it may not be enough, but he's trying.
He often gets you gifts and trinkets from his travels.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)
Amethio wouldn't want a dishonest or unloyal partner. He values loyalty and honesty in romantic relationships.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
Because he works for the Explorers, I can't imagine him having a healthy sleep schedule. One night he's up until the sun rises and the next night he's going to bed at 8:30, but in the end, he tries to cram everything in the day so he can spend more time with you at night,
After he gets fired, I can see him trying to fix his sleep schedule to spend more time with you before you leave in the morning for your weekday duties.

Hey, I was wondering if you could write some headcanons for a love triangle with Amethio and Spinel both trying to vie for the reader's affections? It starts off just friends but they want more and reader being unsure. Maybe an extra headcanon on what'd they do if reader had chosen the other?
Amethio and Spinel x Reader love corner,
A/N: Assume that Amethio is aged up or Spinel is aged down. But they're all the same age,, also- love corner becuase a love triangle would mean that one of them likes reader, whilst the other one likes the other
Ever since you were younger, you got an online friend, someone who you always could rely on when things got rough.
Later on in life, you met Amethio when you were in your teens, and despite the friendship being a bit rocky, the two of you later became friends.
When Amethio spilled about the black rayquaza mission, you opted to help him in any way you could, and when you heard that your online friend was shiny hunting and heard about a shiny rayquaza- you told him about it and you said that you'd be his eyes and ears in the region that you're currently living in.
In a way, you tried to help both of them in any ways you could.
When Amethio found out he was falling for you, he tried to distance himself at first, but then he began to talk to you more to get to know you better.
Finding out that Spinel also wanted you definitely made Amethio a bit more possessive- how could he not. The guy who's been trying to ruin his whole life also wants the person he's into.
With Spinel, he immediately begins to buy you gifts online, and then he meets up with you where he finds out he's actually falling for you.
Choosing Amethio
As overjoyed as Amethio would be, Spinel would be jealous and salty.
Spinel would take it one of two ways. He'd either accept the loss, or he'd send death threats to Amethio using a lot of alt accounts, and would spam any comments of posts you have with Amethio being unimpressed and saying that you can do much better, (you may not even know its him, the accounts commenting are vastly different)
But eventually, when everything fails, Spinel will back off -especially after being attacked by Amethio a good amount of times.
Your relationship with Amethio would go on like a regular relationship, but he'll make sure you're closer to him whenever Spinel is around, no matter how much time passes, he'll never drop his gaurd around him.
Choosing Spinel
Amethio would be a bit salty, but he'd back off and respect you. It's what you chose, so he's gonna respect it.
Spinel would be happy that you chose him and he'd try to rub it in Amethio's face whenever he could to annoy him.
Spinel would also probably tell you that you chose the right person,

Amethio x Gothic Lolita!Admin Reader | Headcannons
Ever since you joined the RVT, Friede immediately regretted letting you join.
You were petty, lazy, and all you really wanted to do is lounge around with your Gothorita and Espurr.
They were your buddies,
Your partner's in crime even.
Despite everything, you somehow got away with it all.
Cut to the time the Explorers found the Brave Asagi and attacked it.
You managed to sneak off into the ship to avoid the battles, only coming back up when everything was finished so you could pretend that you helped out.
And honestly- it fooled the team.
When you met Amethio, you were out 'running arons'. You had to grab something from the pokémon centre and he cut you off, forcing you into a battle you couldn't back out of.
With nowhere to flee, you were forced to fight. And to his surprise. Your team is strong. Like. Really strong.
You managed to take his pokémon down without too much of an issue which surprised him. You never fought anyone. You avoided the battle. Why did you when you were so capable?
Despite the somewhat respect that you earned, it still took you two a while to date.
After the two of you began to date,,, Amethio became a bit more accepting of your lazy nature,, but that doesn't mean that he fully accepted it.
Don't get him wrong,, he loves the lazy dates where the two of you lay in bed and watch a movie with your partner pokemon, but sometimes he wishes you'd do more for the relationship.
He'd 10/10 hide you from Sango. He's not embarrassed by the relationship, but he doesn't need an annoying kid trying to get on his nerves.
In the end, he probably does get used to your lazy nature. To an extent, you're really reliable, you're there when he comes back from missions -sure you might be watching a TV show or something- but he finds it nice to come home and see someone, it makes the house feel less cold.

Summary - Spinel gets home after the events of E64 to see you waiting for him,
The sound of a door being unlocked paired with a weight leaving your lap made you look towards the now-open door where a familiar teal haired man stands with his trusty Umbreon.
Pushing yourself, alongside any sleep still in your system, off the couch you walk towards the man. Gently cupping his cheeks as he took off his shoes, he offers you a gentle smile as you brush the stray snowflakes off his face.
"Spinel, is everything okay love,?" You ask, to which he responds with a nod, placing a hand over one of yours before closing his eyes to soak up the affection.
Spinel loves how inoccent and naïve you are, how you've always hung around him, even when you found out about his true nature and how unstable he can be, you still stuck around.
It always baffled the other Explorers, but hey, you are dating him, and not anyone else, so he isn't complaining.
"Spinel,?" You call out to which he responds with a nod. At this point, it didn't matter what the original question was, all that matters is that you are here, with him. Safe.
"Yes dear,?" He awnsers with a chuckle as he opens his eyes to meet your gentle gaze.

A/N: Your English is fine, don't worry abt it !! Also, I wanted it to be GN!Reader but 'magical person' sounds so cursed so I just have it as m!Reader
It started off as an inside joke between your friends,
Everything worked out well, you somehow managed to help your friend with her engineering assignment (despite never have touched a soldering iron before, yet alone tried getting it to work).
Somehow you fixed some faults in her work.
How? You never knew.
But it started the "magic boy" nickname.
(Your friends knew you loved watching magical girl animes/shows, so they thought it fit you well)
But cut to now, you're laying on the couch, tinkering with the fancy Explorer watch that you definatley don't want to disassemble and find out how it works. Nope. Couldn't be you.
Apparently it was faulty.
Unfortunately sticking it in rice for a few hours didn't help.
Nothing really helped, so you, with your little knowledge of engineering, soldering, or anything related, took it apart.
In the end, you got it to work

In all honesty, no-one knows how you fixed the watch.
The first time you jokingly called yourself a magical boy infront of Amethio, he was concerned.
He knew you liked magical girls, but he never thought you'd think of yourself as one
The two of you probably had a somewhat awkward talk about it,
(He was probably convinced you were serious at one point),
You'd have to clarify to him that you aren't as serious as you act.
In all honesty, he was glad to hear that it hasn't gotten to your head,
Sometimes you want to tell him that you're a magical boy with a deadpaned expression.
This is taking place during S3 when Agate teaches at Orange Academy, and I'm not familiar with how American schools work at all, so I'll be using a different school system, (a grade is x year-1 btw, so the students are grade 10)
Tidying up your blazer, you check the whiteboard to see that the video was projected onto its surface.
"I need to grab some printing, and I trust all of you to stay quiet whilst I grab it. But this video will be covering the events that happened in Kalos thousands of years ago which gave us-" you take a key stone out of your pocket "-mega evolution."
Presenting the small stone to the light, you could see some students in the middle of the class show some intrest.
"Anyway, we might touch on Mega evolution briefly, but those doing biology probably will start learning about it-" You pause, trying to remember when your colleagues mentioned that they'd be talking about Mega evolution. "-Next term I believe?" You continue, placing the small stone back into your pocket where it was safe.
"Anyways, it's in your best intrest to take notes, you guys are what? Year 11? You shouldn't need me stopping the video to tell you what to write down," you quickly double check the sound before fullscreening the video and pressing play.
The video began by giving context and talking about Kalos and a brief summary of Mega Evolution as you quickly grab your teacher ID and head out of the class.
Softly closing the door behind you, you quickly walk to the classroom next to you to notify Mrs Radford that you'll be grabbing something and to check on your class if they get too loud.
She quickly responded with a nod and you were on your way, walking to the staff room nearby to access the printer.
You could always go to the printers accessible for everyone, but you knew some of the year 13s are starting to finish their assignments which not only ment that you needed to wait, but also the year 13s which needed to quickly print had less time to do so.
Pushing past the 'staff only' door you check your phone for the time before slipping it back into your pocket, thanks to your long legs, it took you a record breaking 3 minutes to get here.
As you glance at the printer, you mentally hit yourself as you see another teacher using it, meaning you either weren't fast enough, or you weren't slow enough, and you'd prefer the latter.
Standing there, you noticed that it was the familiar Math teacher, her name slipped your mind but you had talked to her before, she was one of the nicer teachers despite being so strict on her students.
Slowly walking over you grabbed your phone out of your pocket, not wanting to look like a creep for awkwardly standing around her even if you had a valid reason.
Standing beside her, you open your Gmail, scrolling up and down to appear busy.
"So, you free on Saturday?" You ask as you glance up at her, desperately trying to remember her name.
"A new cafe opened up, and I was wondering if you'd like to go there with me," shrugging you continued, trying to seem as nonchalant as possible.
"I'm free," she responds after a while with a nod,
"Great, meet me-" you scribble down an address and a number on a scrap piece of paper you just found "-at 12 here,?"
Giving the paper to her, she nods as she takes it, her fingers brushing against your own.
Checking the time, you bid her farewell before quickly leaving the staff room to get back to your students, knowing that the video had ended.
Softly closing the door behind you, you quickly make your way down the halls and enter your classroom, just as the video is about to end.
"Hopefully you all have been paying attention because I certainly haven't,"
You spoke as you flicked on the lights before walking over to your laptop and exiting the tab to go back to your PowerPoint.
"Now we have a work-" you pause before placing your a hand on the side of your head, you forgot the reason you had walked to the staffroom -and it wasn't to ask the new teacher out on a date.
