Its kinda  beautiful when you know that you are free and by that i mean when you come to that point of your life when you don’t need to prove anything to anyone you don’t need to impress anyone but only you. Its freedom you know when you know who the fuck you are and what the fuck you want in this life. So in the end of the day imma okay with all my flaws and imperfections because i know that it was the realest of me and whatever of my actions i was driven by love and compassion and thats what the fuck im made of. Every day i am okay with me. Do you?

Expression , Joy and Purpose - Post by Josh Stone

This week I worked with a client who knew on some level and could even sense that they had a greater purpose in life that was calling them to action. This concept of being called to fulfil a higher purpose was triggering parts of their personality to the point where they had shut down and disconnected from these higher aspects of their personality linked to their passion and purpose.

A lot of the time we are so scared about tapping into our higher calling because of what it might mean for us - it might mean we have to change careers, leave a relationship that is holding us back, or on a very deep level we may have a fear of failure “what if I go for this and it doesn’t work out?"

You see, human beings at a fundamental level crave being creative and expressive and it’s during these moments of genuine expression of who we are that we become truly fulfilled. When we are aligned with our greater purpose and are acting from the parts of our personality that create joy in our lives, we become highly energised and motivated. When we repress the energy created by the parts of our personality that are linked to our joy and purpose, we become agitated, frustrated, stressed and even depressed – this is because we are dis-owning rather than owning and acknowledging these inspirational parts of our personality.

All of us have a purpose in life, a reason for living, a set of skills meant to create inspiration in ours and others lives.
