okay as I briefly surface from my WHA induced madness I need to take a second to say, as a disabled person, that Witch Hat Atelier is one of, if not the best stories I have ever read in terms of disability rep. I was fully brought to tears a few times due to how thoughtfully and beautifully disabled characters and problems were treated. the way the issue of disability was interwoven with the narrative and world building is so incredibly cool and awesome and mind-blowing. I have literally never read another fantasy story this good. holy shit. fuck. I don't even have the words to express how witch hat atelier makes me feel. goddamn.
