Hard lessons on the mat. I was sure i was going to practice primary series today but my injured right hip kept throbbing even in samasthitthi. I even have a hard time turning my right big toe to point forward. I feel like this will take a few days. So i started with a slow flow and then i lost myself in practice and remembered all the arm balances i used to do all the time and went with it, i ended up really sweaty and feeling open to exploring new asana. And it wasnt primary series but it felt good. And then i felt reflective and it hit me that I must be willing to let go of the life I had planned, so as to accept the life that is waiting for me.
