Most dominate of all the dynamics. The males can impregnate any other dynamic, including other male Enigmas (though sometimes more difficult) by creating a temporary womb inside of the impregnated person. Females can typically impregnate alpha or lower, though sometimes Epsilons can be impregnated too.

Epsilon:
Geneticverse: AAa.
Dominate, said to be more possessive than Enigmas. An Epsilon female can not impregnate anyone. An Epsilon male can impregnate some.
Very charismatic and often get given political roles due to their smooth-talking and fast-thinking nature. Often very intelligent.
Females have eggs and a uterus, no penis or seeds. Males have a penis and seeds, no eggs or uterus.
They claim others, though females can also be claimed.
An Epsilon female will have a heat every 2 years that will last from 1-3 weeks. An Epsilon male will have a rut every 2-3 years that will last for 3 weeks.
Fun fact: For some reason, it is nearly impossible for an Epsilon to get a Sigma pregnant.
Alpha:
Geneticverse: AA, Aa, aa, Ao, AAO, Aaa, AAo, AOO
Often very dominant, but it depends on their genetic type (in the geneticverse. Will make a post on this in particular later!!). In the regular extendedverse, very dominant. Alpha females and Alpha males can both impregnate some, but typically they are the ones much, much lower than them on the hierarchy scale.
Females have a uterus, eggs, seeds, and a penis. Males have a penis and seeds, no uterus.
They claim others.
They have a rut every year that will last 2 weeks to a month.
Fun Fact: In the geneticverse, an Ao alpha is able to be claimed, though rare, it is possible.
Sigma:
Geneticverse: Aao, AOO
Dominant, often mocked up to be alphas that can’t impregnate and have heats. Sigma females cannot impregnate, and Sigma males may have trouble impregnating another dominant dynamic.
Sigma females have only eggs and a uterus, no penis or seeds. Sigma males have a penis, seeds, a uterus, and eggs.
They get claimed.
They have a heat every 2-3 months that lasts a couple days to a week (Females, on average, have more common, shorter heats, compared to their male counterparts, though.)
Fun fact: In the geneticverse, the genetic combination AOO is much more likely to turn out to be a Sigma than an alpha, statistically, but it is possible to get either.
Delta:
Geneticverse: AOa, Oaa
Protective, but not very dominant. Often joked to be submissive alphas. They can only really impregnate Iota and lower, both males and females. Possible but rare for them to impregnate Sigma to Gamma.
Have a very “chill” energy to them, and their presence can often relax others or make them feel comfortable around them.
Delta females have a uterus and eggs, and on rare occasion (about 35-40% of the time) can have seeds and a penis. Delta males have seeds and a penis, but no uterus or eggs.
Both males and females claim others.
They have no heats, and they also don’t have ruts!
Fun fact: They have a very protective side for their pups and mate(s), but rarely show it unless one of them is in danger.
Beta:
Geneticverse: AO, ao, Oao, AOo
Very neutral. Acts like any other human in that they can be either submissive or dominate depending on the situation and partner. In the geneticverse, ao Betas are much more submissive than other genetic combinations, though. Can impregnate most who have a uterus.
Beta females have eggs and a uterus, Beta males have a penis and seeds. In the geneticverse, though, a AOo Beta female may have a penis and seeds, and a male Oao Beta may have a uterus and eggs.
They can be claimed, but it’s harder to do and takes a very strong emotional bond to do so. If they would attempt to claim someone, the same would need to be true– very strong emotional bond.
They have no heats or ruts.
Fun fact: They have a much stronger sense of smell, and can often smell a dynamic type even though scent-blocking patches. In the geneticverse, some ao Betas can even smell out someone’s dynamic through scent-blocking pills.
Gamma:
Geneticverse: aao, OOO
Dominate in a quiet way. They can impregnate almost anything that already has a uterus.
All Gammas have seeds and a penis. But, in the geneticverse, some OOO Gamma females can have a uterus and/or eggs.
They claim others.
Both females and males have ruts that last a couple days to a week every two or so months. But, geneticverse wise, if a Gamma female has the OOO genetic combination, they have a heat every two to four years that lasts about a month.
Fun fact: It is often said that Gamma sperm is just below Enigma’s sperm itself in strength! The difference is that a Gamma cannot create a temporary uterus.
Iota:
Geneticverse: aoo, OOa
They’re overly dominant, but utterly submissive once put in their place. Only really able to impregnate Iota and lower.
Female Iotas have a uterus, eggs, seeds, but typically no penis. On very rare occasion, one may be born with a penis, though. Iota males have seeds and a penis. In the geneticverse, if it’s a OOa Iota male, they’ll have eggs and a uterus, though.
They can either be claimed or get claimed (or both!!).
They do not have a rut, and they also do not have heats.
Fun fact: They are much more likely to go feral than any other dynamic, due to how submissive and clingy they get with their mate(s) while also being very dominant and easy to anger with anyone outside of their inner circle.
Omega:
Geneticverse: OO, Oo, oo, Oa, Oao, OOO, OOo, Ooo
Submissive, but from a geneticverse standpoint, there is a range. OO omegas are the most submissive, with Oa omegas being the most dominant out of all omegas (Similar to alphas, I would like to make a separate post on this!!) It is easiest for an omega male to impregnate either a Sigma, Omicron, or another Omega.
Omega females have a uterus and eggs, no penis or seeds. Omega males have a uterus, eggs, seeds, and a penis.
They get claimed.
Both males and females have a heat every 3 months, and it lasts a couple days to a week.
Fun fact: On the same scale as for submissiveness, OO omegas will have a longer heat on average than Oa omegas.
Omicron:
Geneticverse: ooo
Very submissive. Can be impregnated by anyone with sperm/seeds, but cannot impregnate.
Omicron females have eggs and a uterus, while Omicron males have eggs, a uterus and a penis. (Note: Some Omicron males have balls, but the much larger population do not have any.)
They get claimed.
Both males and females have a heat every eight months to a year, and it will last for one to two months.
(Not so) Fun fact: Omicrons usually have very, very strong heats, and often need more than one partner to get them through it if unclaimed. In rare cases, unfortunately, death has occurred due to the symptoms of their heats. Fevers and the sheer amount of sweat and slick can get to very, very high, unhealthy levels without partner(s) or mate(s) to help them through it.
