SCP-1916: The Cabin

Item #: SCP-1916 Object Class: Pending

Special Containment Procedures: No hostiles found to be exiting or immediately within The Cabin. Armed guards stationed, in compliance with Spontaneous Manifestation safety guidelines. Description: SCP-1916 presents as a door which is exactly 2 metres tall and 1 metre across. The door appears to be shaded in monochrome to mimic the appearance of a nondescript lumber. The handle does not extend into three dimensional space, the etching is a continuous surface of graphite, or possibly charcoal. The door can be opened by pushing against where the handle appears to be. Inside of the cabin is a 5x5 room, walls, floors and ceiling in the same style of material as the first door. Windows divided into six panes are embedded into the left and right walls. A starry night sky is visible through both windows, regardless of the time of day. The only piece of furniture is a small wooden table, upon which is a silver dagger. Next to the table is a door to the basement of The Cabin.

Extradimensional shenanigans??!?@?!?!

It has been *checks watch* a long time since my last post ! Here, have this

It may be impossible to figure out what youre looking at, but above is a being from another multiverse within my setting (yes, there are multiple multiverses. I should post about that sometime) which has 7 dimensions of space, and multiple dimensions of time! They have no concept of names like we do, but often goes simply by "Noun" for simplicity

Due to Noun's 7-dimensionality, the majority of it's body is invisible as it lies in the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh dimensions, only allowing us to see a very, very, VERY thin section of its body at any given time, with random blobs and pieces blipping in and out of existence as it moves. Due to this, nobody knows what Noun's true body looks like (not that it would really be possible to describe in three dimensions, anyway)

Noun is a simple entity who travels alongside four other beings between different universes and multiverses, infinitely exploring the layers of reality to see what they may find...

Hopefully I'll get around to drawing Noun's "friends" (or things adjacent to friends) at some point, but for now have this :) extradimensional spec bio(?) Yay

Nodens!

Xe's an arrogant plesiotaur with heightened control over their own blood and an alleged right to reign over a lagoon; unshaded version and additional lore below!

Nodens is a plumaged plesiotaur and yet another extradimensional entity inexplicably linked with Jupiter. Hir world is in an early modern to industrial era in technological terms but is much more antiquated culturally, with hir own culture being akin to Brittonic or Gallic. The universe itself has some distinct physics from our own that allow for reality-altering abilities, still thought of by hir civilization as divine gifts. Nodens in particular has greater control over hir own blood, having been able to heal hirself from being dismembered and forge metal objects with the iron in hir blood. Nodens is one of several combatants in a succession crisis over a frigid lagoon; the cessions granted to hir by a coastal city as well as the aforementioned blood powers have given hir an inflated ego, so xe often overestimates hir own abilities

In 2020 i finally resumed the project after two years away, and the return was strong! I imagine that while he looks ferocious its actually pretty timid and easy to stress out. Like a collage student. I have decided to add some of the Bio entries to the posts as well, enjoy!
