the civilziation they are a part of is called the Vikings. Napa was dead, but was revived due to efforts from Extra and an enemy, Mino. After Napa was revived, Extra felt off and while he was alone in his base is when he coughed up the first petal. An orange dahlia petal, just like the flowers Napa gifted him. Coped, one of the only people who knows about Extra having hanahaki, is scared similar to a child who is scared to lose their parent as Extra gave Coped a chance to live a better life.
