On the way to the vet for his checkup, this adorable idiot decided NOW was a good time to start shedding.
Irwin finally shed out and he left me a little face mask!
He had another great shed- now it’s time to feed the grumpy baby!
my friend has given me her baby to take care of for an unknown amount of time. hes realy skiny for a 1 year old. but has eaten the last 2 weeks ive had him . going to give him 2 hoppers or small adult m.ouse next feed having a hard time with the eye caps. he doesnt like to stay underwater long enough to soften them and try a damp cloth. any advice? #reptumblr ?
I have finally mastered the art of removing stuck eye caps
My supervisor at Sterling Exotics taught me exactly what to do before and I've watched him tons of times, but I'd never done it before because you have to be reeaaallllyyy careful for obvious reasons. But they recently got 36 new ball pythons from a dude getting out of the business and boy do tons of them have stuck shed, poor babies. :( lots of eye caps too. Since there was so many eye caps everywhere I decided to try removing them and yay now I can do it ^_^ the first one was terrifying but by the 6th cap I got the hang of it ^That being said don't try to remove stuck eye caps on your own if you don't know what you're doing, you can sometimes damage the eye if you're not extremely careful
My female Diamond Lana starting the shedding process, and trying to get the mask bit off her eyes. I love how bright her new yellows and white rosettes are!
