Blindness is one of those aspects of life which fascinate yet terrify me, because it can easily present itself at any time and permanently alter our lives in ways we may never even begin to think about. Sight changes so much over the course of our lives, and losing it from any sort of issue (cancer, glaucoma, retinal failure, or even birth defects). The thought of losing our vision as a collective and what our world from then just utterly fascinates me.
