Delayed answering because I was confused as to why this was as an ask. 🤷🏾 So why not respond to it after offering Free Unsolicited Parenting Suggestions. Then again, if it is responding to an ask, is it truly unsolicited?

Anyway, you should always try to get the recommended amount of sleep. Bad sleep habits will compound and make your mental health worse.

I get that anxiety and depression do make sleep very difficult to come by.

Also, maybe relax the caffeine after 5 pm.

And always drink your water, your kidneys will thank you.
