This was right after this run (below.) That funny little line into the middle of the track? I saw my friend from work and we chatted and chatted and professed our love for each other. Community outpatient mental health is better when you know your crew is deeply committed to our patients and our work and each other. I miss her!

The Couch to 5k app is serving me well. I am a slow but persistent little turtle. Nobody is qualifying for any Boston marathons here, but good night do I feel better after! (I should also mention I completely forgot to stop the Fitbit when we started chatting, hence the super super long amount of time.)

L°°k there’s still SN°W here! The j°urney up in the N°rthern R°cky Range is pretty neat. It’s pretty (°ld where I am atm but bef°re here, °n the °ther side °f the m°untain (just °NE m°untain!), there were mead°ws and unfr°zen lakes and p°unds. The sn°w °n that side °f the m°untain had already melted and the rain wasn’t a disgusting bullet °f i(e and death. (°l°urs were starting t° bl°°m and there were GRASS, s° f°r sure that pla(e was seeing spring f°r the first time.

It’s pretty (°°l h°w just passing °ne m°untain t°p (an (hange everything (well, it’s n°t really JUST °ne m°untain I passed by t° this p°int, but my p°int). There’s eviden(e °f avalan(hes and it’s very frequent here. The sn°w is basi(ally just i(e. Pure i(e. The fluffiness °f the sn°w has all been melted and frozen and melted again, °nly t° be sn°wed °n t°p. I (an feel it under my b°°ts — my sn°wsh°es. I have to be (areful and f°r m°st °f the j°urney I’ve been sti(king (l°se t° the valleys, but y°u kn°w me, Fi°. I have t° (limb at least °nce t° the sn°w (apped t°p bef°re the seas°n finally ends.

((So I’ve been up in the Rocky Mountain for the past few days and I’ve been well. It’s a bit late for a mumday but this is some cringy crap I wanted to do for a while hahahaha, ever since that last week’s mumday selfie. That one was a lot of fun to do.))
