Way to go Apple! Great job at losing and cheating on your loyal customers. All for a selfish reason; to make more money. Who wants to buy from a greedy company that will knowingly give you faulty phones, something we continuously use for multiple purposes and for different necessities.  Congratulations! You have lost an incredible amount of customers you won't get back. How can we trust a company that will knowingly give you faulty equipment and turn a blind eye, putting a mask and selling the idea of a long lasting well made, quality phones, only to end up with exploding batteries, that run out after a couple hours use? Great job at putting on a mask and selling a different product that the one you said you did! Trustworthy apple is not so reliable now eh?
