I was listening to music and couldn't stop thinking (among other things) about this protruding rock, which I suppose was left over from the battle, in front of the hotel during the first episode of season 2… And my mind decided to connect it with this illustration by Karl Alexander Wilke of the fall of Icarus… How curious, to say the least.
Actually, it's gotten me thinking. The idea of one of the celestial beings ending up in the hotel as a fallen angel isn't so far-fetched at all. In fact, I'd bet on Emily because of Sera's prophecies in season 1, where she warned Emily that if she continued down that path, she'd end up like Lucifer… (Although I wouldn't mind Lute either, because I'm obsessed with her right now, much to my embarrassment.
Although her process would be very difficult. I could even see her capable of suicide for having become what she hated most (although perhaps I'm venturing too far… But no, I don't see her making deals with the Vees as some theorize. Demons disgust her. Why would she make deals with them?).).
Anyway. Just thoughts, haha.
(Or it could also have something to do with Lucifer, Roo (the theme of eyes in the Hell of Hazbin Hotel and how this correlates with Roo's old design fascinates me a lot) or Alastor, since in his part of "Finale" he was surrounded by them…)
