IRVINDRA (Varindra x Irvin)

OR!!!!!!
CODINDRY (Cody x Varindra)
The file was too big at first- so I had to re-record.
WHO GETS THE PRINCE???
Codindry (Animation)
Irvindra (drawings)
Voting ended onMay 20
PLEASE VOTE!! I NEED ANSWERS!!
Info: I gave my friends one week with the option of two songs. They could make extra. One friend animated as much as they could, the other gave as much drawings as they could. Think of these based off of description and how well varindra would fit with them.
(Animation info my friend asked to add: the Cafe scene is the two burning down irvins café, as a friendly jab at their competitor.)
Ikkaku lay in her crystal prison, tears that would have run dry from dehydration long ago for a human still streaming down the goddess' cheeks. Hers was a well of emotions that ran deeper than any mortal being. Pain. Betrayal. Humilaiton. Shame. Anger. Guilt. Despair. All of these feelings burned in her heart, but there was nothing she could do to vent them except bang her fists impotently against the walls of her prison, scream, and cry. She was the one thing no god wished to be: powerless.
Atlantis. The city she'd given everything to, had founded and blessed and protected in hopes of creating a beacon of home and light to mortals and gods alike, had betrayed her. Taken the knowledge she'd shared with them, the defenses she'd helped them devise against the other gods, and used it against her. Tricked her with a celebration supposedly in her honor and then trapped her in a crystal cage like a canary. All so they could siphon away her light and treat her like infinite kindling for the fires of their ambitions.
Oh, how the mortals had laughed and cheered when their little plan had succeeded. When she'd screamed for them to let her out, demanded an explanation, begged them to think and realize they were making a mistake. But they'd all simply laughed louder, drowning out her cries. Even the city's children had been in on it, their brilliant little minds just as culpable as their scheming parents.
How long had the Goddess of Light and Guidance been trapped? Unlike mortals, the gods had no need to eat or drink or even breathe if they did not wish it. Things that would easily show the passage of time for mortals did nothing for her. The room deep in the castle did not even have any windows, so she couldn't even tell if it was day or night. She could not die, and she could not escape. All she knew was that, occasionally, she would feel a pull. See some of her power rise off of her skin like steam and be absorbed by the mechanisms withing the crystal, which would then travel down golden cables that would disappear into little tunnels and tubes throughout the chamber's walls. The people of Atlantis were stealing her light to power their city, Ikkaku's city, and she could do nothing.
Another wave of fury rose up within her like an ocean wave and she scrambled to her feet, clawing desperately at the walls of her prison. The material was rare, tempered with magic in a way even she hadn't considered. There wasn't so much as a crack or blemish upon the beautiful sides of her crystal cell. The other gods would likely not fare much better breaking her out, assuming they could even get into the city. Which they wouldn't. Ikkaku had worked hard with the citizens to create defenses that even her fellow gods would not be able to overcome. All to protect them from their spiteful ways.
The other gods had disapproved of her patronage of Atlantis. She imagined they must be laughing at her now. Laughing and furious that they were as powerless to breech her city as she was to escape it. She'd been too clever and generous for her own good. She'd accounted for every god who might wish to do harm to her city of devoted worshippers.
Black, abyssal eyes widened in an ephipany. Every god except one.
Pressing her forhead against the cool, mirror-smooth side of her prison, Ikkaku's tears continued to flow as a soft whisper escaped her lips. It was ironic, a goddess praying, but she had no choice. She prayed he could hear her. Could help her. There was no doubt in her mind that he would if he could. That the Lord of Night Terrors and Discord Bringer would find a way to free his sister.
"Law," she sobbed quietly. "Please. Please help me, brother."
absolutely HATE that ubisoup went and gave the name prometheus to consus. dude didn't even create humanity all he did was upload himself into a glorified blanket, psychically couch surf with random humans for 75,000 years, and then get himself blown up in 2014.
then they went and.... basically created a whole ass dude who was like. prometheus in all but name. AND Eve's father??? but we can't call him Prometheus because... Living Blanket Grandpa "I Had To Be Told (by Juno) Humanity Was Created And Was Quoted as Responding 'NO FUCKING WAY'" Consus already had that name. lameass.

“… in a single day and night of misfortune,
the island of Atlantis disappeared
into the depths of the sea.”
-Plato, 360 B. C.
It happened suddenly, in the blink of an eye.
One moment Virgil was giggling, perched on his father’s knee while he watched Patton getting chased around by Thomas. Then, sirens started blaring, the sky became dark and suddenly there was a tsunami heading towards them, leaving only destruction in its wake.
There’s not much Virgil remembers of that fateful night – he was just a kid, after all, barely ten years old, too young to truly understand what was about to happen. But he remembers the screams, the people –his people, his kingdom, destined to become nothing but a legend, a fairy tale- running around in a panic, searching hopelessly for a way to escape that tragic fate the gods seemed to have doomed them to.
Virgil remembers getting lost in the sea of people, the crowd pushing him around until he had found himself crouched down in a corner, scared and on the verge of tears. He stayed there for what felt like hours, frozen in fear and confusion –he wanted his family, he wanted his father to hold him tight and his brothers to tell him everything was going to be alright.
Virgil remembers somebody calling his name, his oldest brother standing at his side not even a few seconds later.
“Come on Virge, we need to go!”
Virgil remembers running, Thomas holding him safely against his chest while they tried to reach the royal palace. All around them red, red, red.
And then, suddenly, blue.
Virgil remembers Thomas skidding to a halt and putting him down, a cone of blinding blue light surrounding them. He remembers the fear, the confusion in his brother’s eyes, his body in front of Virgil’s to keep him as safe as he could.
Virgil remembers how, all of a sudden, Thomas’ whole body had relaxed. He remembers calling his name, shaking his arm in an attempt to get a reaction out of him.
Virgil remembers Thomas slowly kneeling in front of him, a gentle smile on his face. His eyes, once a warm, familiar brown, were glowing blue like the light of their crystal, and for a moment everything around them –the screams, the panic, the gigantic wave that was destroying their land- disappeared.
“Do not worry, Virgil, prince of Atlantis,” Thomas –no, not Thomas that couldn’t be his brother- spoke, something ancient and powerful seeping through his voice, “for soon all will be well.”
Then, his brother’s body had started floating upwards.
Virgil remembers trying to hold onto his hand, refusing to let his brother go. But he was just a kid, and whatever force was pulling Thomas away was far stronger.
Virgil remembers crying out his brother’s name, hands reaching for the sky as he watched helplessly Thomas disappear in a flash of blue light.
Virgil remembers his father suddenly reaching for him, holding him and a sobbing Patton to his chest while a blue barrier –blue like their sacred crystal, blue like Thomas’ eyes before he had disappeared into the sky- surrounded the capital.
“Close your eyes, my children.”
And then, darkness fell.

And the great King of the dazzling Face, the chief of all the Yellow-faced, was sad, seeing the sins of the Black-faced.
He sent his air-vehicles to all his brother-chiefs with pious men within, saying: ‘Prepare. Arise ye men of the good law, and cross the land while dry.
The Lords of the storm are approaching. Their chariots are nearing the land. One night and two days only shall the Lords of the Dark Face live on this patient land. She is doomed, and they have to descend with her. The nether Lords of the fires are preparing their magic Agneyastra. But the Lords of the Dark Eye are stronger than they and they are the slaves of the mighty ones. They are versed in Ashtar. Come and use yours. Let every lord of the Dazzling Face cause the Viwan of every lord of the Dark Face to come into his hands, lest any should by its means escape from the waters, avoid the rod of the Four, and save his wicked.
May every yellow face send sleep from himself to every black face. May even they avoid pain and suffering. May every man true to the Solar Gods bind every man under the lunar gods, lest he should suffer or escape his destiny.
And may every yellow face offer of his life-water to the speaking animal of a black face, lest he awaken his master.
The hour has struck, the black night is ready.
Let their destiny be accomplished. We are the servants of the great Four. May the Kings of light return.
The great King fell upon his dazzling Face and wept. …
When the Kings assembled the waters had already moved. …
The nations had now crossed the dry lands. They were beyond the water mark. Their Kings reached them in their Viwans, and led them on to the lands of Fire and Metal.
Stars showered on the lands of the black Faces; but they slept.
The speaking beasts kept quiet.
The nether lords waited for orders, but they came not, for their masters slept.
The waters arose, and covered the valleys from one end of the Earth to the other. High lands remained, the bottom of the Earth remained dry. There dwelt those who escaped; the men of the yellow-faces and of the straight eye.
When the Lords of the Dark Faces awoke and bethought themselves of their Viwans in order to escape from the rising waters, they found them gone.
Like as a dragon-snake uncoils slowly its body, so the Sons of men, led on by the Sons of Wisdom, opened their folds, and spreading out, expanded like a running stream of sweet waters.… . . many of the faint-hearted among them perished on their way. But most were saved.
Yet the pursuers, whose heads and chests soared high above the water, chased them for three lunar terms until finally reached by the rising waves, they perished to the last man, the soil sinking under their feet and the earth engulfing those who had desecrated her.
