This creamy and spiced pumpkin dip is the perfect accompaniment to crispy spice cookies. It's a delightful blend of seasonal flavors that will elevate any gathering or snack time.
Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spice cookies, for serving.
Instructions: Put softened cream cheese and pumpkin puree in a bowl and mix them together until the mixture is smooth. Salt, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground nutmeg should all be added. Mix everything together well. Put the dish in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on to let the flavors mix. Put out spice cookies to dip in the pumpkin dip.
