A custom weapon concept I made for the Fallout 4 mod 'Fallout: Cascadia.'
Based in the Deathclaw Gauntlet, this takes Cascadias custom 'Orclaws' and makes a weapon out of their fins
Fallout ask game! #2, #9, #14
2. Future Fallout game?
I’d love to see a game set in the PNW, but Fallout Cascadia will likely scratch that particular itch. Otherwise, I think a Texas-based Fallout game would be really cool.
9. Has anything made you cry?
The ending slideshows for Dead Money and Lonesome Road, specifically.
14. Mutated animals?
Any sort of mutant aquatic life not related to the mire/lakelurks. Massachusets has a rich fishing/whaling history, so it’s a bit of a shame that there aren’t any mutated whales or fish or anything besides the bloated dolphin-shark-things that wash up sometimes. I’d also love to see more carnivorous/just plain weird plant life like in Vault 22, and the return of the bus-sized hermit crabs in Fah Habbah.
Fallout: Cascadia
With the next single player fallout game far away on the horizon, modders have taken up ambitious modding projects to expand Fallout 4.
I wrote this article based on a really interesting interview that the lead devs for Fallout Miami and Fallout Cascadia gave about the challenges of making a DLC-sized mod.
Location Concept Art of Fallout Cascadia (In Development)
I gotta say that I am too damned excited for this mod. I don’t know why they didn’t post the trailer on Tumblr, but I’m correcting that.
“I haven’t actually played Fallout in about a month now. I’ve been patiently waiting for Fallout Cascadia for its F3/NV perk/skill/trait system and more than 2 options dialogue menu. Patiently.”
