Fuck fear!

I am so proud of myself.  I overcame my fear and got back out there and did some door dash deliveries in a new town.  I let other people’s anxiety about me dashing in a new town get to me more than it should have and I realized how productive and proud of myself I felt while working.  False Evidence Appeared Real but when I faced it I got stronger.  Fuck you, Fear!  

Where there is fear, find a logical and proactive way of facing it, and that’s exactly what I did and I cashed out.  I’m going to keep it up!

Be careful how you judge anybody because of evidence people present to you against them, even if you are not fond of that person. For many things are not really as they appear. Remember Joseph in the Bible, Potiphar's wife accused him of attempted rape and she had evidence, though false - a piece of his clothes, but that landed him in jail anyway. Recently an article emerged that police in Alabama, USA, planted guns and drugs, false evidence, on 1000 black men and jailed them. I guess the police just didn't like them over there These days many people become too emotional with things they don't really understand like politics, religion, business and family matters, yet making decisions that impact others based on unjustified false evidences. Whether you like a person or not, for your own personal integrity, carefully judge any type of evidence before making important decisions, lest you loose respect. False Evidence Appearing Real

In de teksten en filmpjes die ik tot nu toe ben tegengekomen, is mij 1 ding opgevallen: [b] Angst is niet gebaseerd op rationaliteit [/b] Bij alle stukken kwam het er op neer dat er een begin-gedachte was, bijvoorbeeld: "Om je brood te verdienen met schrijven, moet je heel erg goed zijn". Dit is een stelling waar veel mensen het mee eens zijn denk ik. We kunnen dit nu, voor het gemak, even aannemen als waarheid. Op basis van deze gedachte vormen zich nieuwe gedachtes. Dit gebeurd ook naar aanleiding van ervaringen. Deze ervaringen kunnen weer gevoelens oproepen, omdat we nou eenmaal mens zijn, waardoor die begin-gedachte gekoppeld wordt aan een gevoel. Er wordt een zogenaamd "gevoelspad" gecreëerd. Voor mij werkt dit als volgt: elke keer dat ik iets hoor, lees of denk wat aansluit bij de begin-gedachte, roept dit voor mij een gevoel op wat bij dat gevoelspad hoort. En, elke keer dat ik dezelfde emotie voel als in dat gevoelspad, komt die gedachte op. Nu is dit geen probleem als het gaat om een positieve emotie. Maar zodra het een negatieve emotie betreft wordt het vervelend natuurlijk. Doordat je het gevoel aanneemt als waarheid, ofwel false evidence, laat je je hierdoor leiden en acteer je hierop.
