Can I please request the beast cookies (seperate) reactions to their child being taken care of by their respective ancient hero? Like the before corruption the beast cookies (separately) had a child who died, and when they were released they saw that their child had been reincarnated but place in the care of their respective ancient hero with their child viewing the hero as a parent

ᯓᡣ𐭩Burning Spice could hardly recognize his doughling when he first saw them again. They weren't as small as he remembered, and their dough no longer resembled his own. But the fire in their eyes, their behavior... it was all too familiar to be a coincidence. And for the first time in many years, The Destroyer didn't know what to do. But he knew who to blame for keeping you from your father
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Golden Cheese did her best to keep you from the truth of your parent. In some way, all the Ancients had known this day would come. You feel connected to Burning Spice just as she does, you're a part of him that no time can erase. But you're also her dearest treasure. And she had no intentions of letting Burning Spice destroy more of what the queen held dear
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Eternal Sugar was caught between two extremes. On one hand, she felt like she couldn't hate her "other half", that she was destined to bring Happiness to her. But on the other, had Hollyberry been keeping you all this time? Were you even the same child she raised back then..? It wouldn't matter soon. In The Garden, you'd be by her side once again. All you had to do was stay. Let the sweetness of joy erase all doubts in your mind
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Hollyberry Cookie, despite understanding the Beast, kept you from her grasp. Hollyberry understood how important family could be, and in the beginning she was happy to let you explore The Garden. But when the sweet illusion faded and the bitter truth became clear, Hollyberry made sure you wouldn't be left behind, even as Eternal Sugar begged for you to stay. It was for your own good, but that didn't make it any easier...
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Mystic Flour had long adapted the ideals that life was as meaningless as it was fleeting. Her heart hardened after her child had been taken from her grasp, yet again losing to the fragility of what she held dear. She could see glimpses of that doughling in you. How cruel were the Witches, to send her a walking image of what she had lost? In the end, was it even worth remembering? She tried to tell herself as much, but flickers of old maternal feelings kept threatening to come back
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Dark Cacao couldn't see what Mystic Flour was feeling, but he didn't need to. That face set in apathy only sought to bring you down with it, and Dark Cacao would make sure that couldn't happen. No matter what she claims or remembers, you're his child. He refuses to lose another, not when he can protect this one
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Shadow Milk always acted as if he'd forgotten all about his child. Yet in the shadows that his true feelings hid, his every memory of them stayed alive. What a lie it was, to think he could hold onto something so fragile as a family. When recognizing you— a Cookie who looked different, yes, but was undoubtedly you, his child— he was filled with nothing but rage. Not only was he losing his plans and power, but he was losing you all over again to that detestable Ancient Cookie
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Pure Vanilla was cautiously optimistic. Maybe seeing you again would inspire Shadow Milk to turn towards forgiveness, and he'd finally allow himself to become a better Cookie. Instead, he was met with a violent rejection and an unsettling pit of guilt. Guilt that he could've risked putting you in harm's way. He reminds you that though he values forgiveness, it has to be earned. At the end of it all, it's up to you. No matter what, he promises to ensure your safety above all
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Silent Salt regretted many things about his corruption, the greatest being all he had lost. The Knights, the Faeries, and his own child. Everything had become obsolete in silence. Once he rose again, he noticed you above all else. Amidst the silence, your voice reached out to him. But he came to realize he couldn't care for you as he once did. He wasn't Salt of Solidarity anymore. Maybe it was better this way, if you were in the hands of another. You shouldn't worry about him anymore
ᯓᡣ𐭩 White Lily admittedly felt sympathetic once she recognized the situation at hand. She couldn't imagine what would happen if she ever lost you, so to think that Silent Salt was experiencing that gave her a sense of pity. You never knew the Beast outside of the glances you could steal, but from then on White Lily would tell you tales of a Commander in black armor
Hi I loved your scenario with Tadc cast reacting to there siblings being in the circus with them and was hoping to get a sort of follow up with Jax how do you think he would be with a younger sibling about 19 years old they went to college when he disappeared in the real world and came back home to find him and how do you think he’d react to zoobal and pomni calling him out for being protective of the new circus member?
✦ There was a gap year of faltered communication after you left for college. And as much as he's glad to see you, there's a lot of arguing in the beginning. He feels like you left him in a hard part of his life and you slowly backed out because of school, leaving him in the dust. You try to explain that courses kept you busy but he wasn't really accepting it, believing you had some sort of petty vendetta against him. That thought is Jax's defense; he knows you were growing busy and mostly studying, but he can't help but want to make you feel a little hurt.
✦ Jax doesn't want the other members to know you're his sibling, so be prepared to be pulled away from people for a few days/weeks. He keeps you away from the other members. He's stuck in the fake world mindset, so he doesn't think you should find attachment in the other members in case you never find them in the real world. If you want to get hurt then hey, that's on you. If you manage to befriend someone, he always rolls his eyes and goes to do his one thing.
"Hanging out with other people besides me, huh? I thought that, as your older brother, I'd get special treatment! Especially after you've been gone for, like, a year."
✦ He's still bitter about the fact you slowly stop contact and given the time he's been in the circus, he's ultra petty now. You're getting pranked, insulted, shoulder-checked, and teased twice as much as the other members deal with. Every time you do something for someone, he can't help but bite about how you were there for them but not him in private. Again, it's a part of him hoping you hurt as much as him, but he snaps out of it and "subtly" gets his shit together.
✦ There's a shift in his behavior that you notice—with him no longer doing too many pranks and lessening the blows of his insults. It takes a good while before he reluctantly admits he misses his younger sibling. He doesn't say it outright, but it's through his tone and body language that helps you understand. "How's college been for you?" and you go to tell him all about it. Jax listens, makes jokes about your selected program, joking about how he'll one up you, ending with a hesitant apology. It takes longer for him to talk about Kaufmo and Ribbit. "It isn't exactly your burden," Jax attempted to justify, but he knows he can trust you with this kind of stuff, so he lays it all out. He does let it slip that he doesn't want you to abstract and he can't even wave it off with a joke, his ears downturning and face morbidly serious.
✦ The guy is still upset with you, but that doesn't mean he won't show that he still cares about you. Banter is just like how you two were in real life and he's following the rules of the eldest brother annoying his younger sibling. The most common thing he does is drag you away to partner up with him. It takes some time for you to realize he wants to keep an eye on you, so you kind of limp and accept the fact you're stuck with him. He follows behind and makes sure you don't stray out of his POV and gets frustrated before sighing and bringing you back. He hovers a lot of the time, so don't expect to be alone forever before he appears behind you.
Zooble
✦ They have never seen him this defensive before. For them, it's VERY out of character for Jax to act this way. They asked him outright about his behavior and was promptly waved off by the rabbit before he walked off. Not like they could ask you because Jax would always take you by the arm and drag you off.
✦ May or may not have snooped on accident. It was during an adventure were you and Jax were partnered up (of course) and everyone else separated in pairs. Gangle and Zooble saw you two and hid away as you talked. Finding out that you two were siblings made their jaws drop—Zooble's, especially. They've made inside jokes about Jax being an only child with the behavior he exhibited, but the joke's on them, guess they were wrong.
✦ Zooble is a bit weary of you at first, but realizes very quickly you aren't like Jax. You're clearly more responsible and know when to be serious when the moment calls for it. They still notice how you can be as petty as your brother, even beginning pulling pranks on him alone, but you're respectful of everyone else's boundaries.
✦ Holy shit, you're only 19? You're JUST a year out of high school—what the hell!? You being the youngest in the circus frustrates them to no end about this place, not to mention worry about how long you'll last in here before abstracting. They make sure you're hanging out with the other members and invite you to hangout so you don't stay in your room all day. They do NOT want you near Caine. Zooble is like a second sibling towards you, telling Jax to back off and allowing you to come to their room if you feel like avoiding him.
✦ They're a little more polite with him, but that doesn't mean they won't continue to argue against his rudeness or put up with his pranks. Zooble pushes for Jax to get his act together for his sibling and to be a better brother, a role model for you to look up to. Zooble is practically telling him to back off your space so you can do some things on your own. They can understand worrying about you, but they also know how much helicoptering can make you more recluse. Unfortunately, Jax ignores them a majority of the time because of their relationship, so it only works from time to time.
Pomni
✦ She backs off out of respect but is curious about his behavior. She begins to notice how many times he drags you away from the others and always partnering with you. Anywhere you go, Jax lags behind. There were only a few rare moments she would see you alone with someone or by yourself before Jax is making his way towards you.
✦ She was able to join you when you were alone and got to talking. She's very polite about asking who you are and your relation to Jax; It surprises her that you're his younger sibling. She can't help but think "No way", but yeah, there's some bits here and there that make her chuckle and go "Yep, they're related".
✦ Was very worried about how you and Jax would get along. After she gets to know you more, she's willing to befriend you and hangout whenever you can. She gives advice on some stuff in the real world as best she can, even if you already know it. Depending on how much info she gets, she's willing to lend an ear if you feel like venting about your brother. She can understand how frustrating he is.
✦ Learning how young you are makes her so sad. You were in college! How you got here makes her shiver and even more determined to find an exit. She keeps tabs on you and makes sure there aren't any signs of your mental health deteriorating. She also makes sure you "eat" and not pushing yourself away from the members. She doubts being alone in real life a majority of the time did you favors.
✦ Pomni let's Jax's know that she's aware you're his sibling. He doesn't admit it, but there's a reluctant agreement to keep you out of anything that was draining. You participate in a lot of the activities, but both try to keep you from experiencing anything overstimulating. She still tries her best to get him to open up, but it still falls flat. She knows he can be a jerk as a defense mechanism but that doesn't mean she allows it, even towards you.

"STOP! YOU HAVE TO COOK THE FISH FIRST." Your father roars from across the lake as you skitter over waves with a fish laid sprawling and wriggling in the tight clutch of your victorious hands. The bite of your hands matches the venomous one of your maw. Ready to tear into your freshly caught food.
And yet, you are met with another obstacle by the edge of the lake. Your other dad, ready to catch you.
Alessio's eyes narrow, ready to throw a spell if you make sudden movement to a different direction and much to his disappointment, you do. Thinking you could outsmart him.
You aren't eating raw fish today buddy.
"Yeah, yeah hiss all you want." Alessio grunts, settling you on his right forearm, while his left hand extends the live fish far out of your reach. Displeased, you hiss and wriggling on his arm and you are just about to bite into him. When another pair of hands yoink you off of the arm.
It wouldn't have hurt your dad, you learned that when you did it accidentally once. Usually you wouldn't bite anybody, unless you knew they could take it.
Talisen holds you tight in his hold, looking down at you with tired but fond eyes. "We cook it before we eat it."
You hiss again.
"Don't give me your nonverbal hisses. Speak to your dad like you're his child." The tall serpent god slithers. Narrowing his eyes while quirking his right brow.
"It'ssss sstill food!" You insist. Clawing out to the fish that remains in Alessio's hold.
"No, it's food when it's cooked. That fish is poisonous when not cooked. You'll get a tummy ache." Talisen sighs and looks at Alessio, who produces a flame from the magic weave to start roasting the fish.

Hi!! Can you write please part 3 of Truthless Recluse as dad? Like continuing part about what will happen next after reader was a puppet. As Smilk said "I'll find a way to fix that weakness of his.." So what will he do?

Pale white walls, void of all comfort and warmth. Such a bare, blank slate to focus on. In the walls of the Spire, it was all the Recluse could see. His mind simmered with a dull turmoil, chest aching along with it. It had been a mere few days since his outburst at the azure jester, and his heart still felt rattled with anger. You'd stepped out for only a moment, the only time he'd let you leave his side. Just for a snack. You had insisted you could do it, especially since your papa had just come back from a task and needed the rest. With a heavy heart, he'd let you go
The fallen king took in a sigh, trying to calm his nerves. But just then, air stirred above his head. A deep blue portal swirling with black had appeared, and a floating grinning blue face belonging to his 'master' soon after. "Ah, there you are!" Shadow Milk chirped, climbing all the way into the room to float along the air. The recluse felt his brow furrow. "I don't recall being scheduled for any more missions" he said flatly. Shadow Milk waved a hand in a grand gesture of dismissal "Pssh, no, no, nothing like that! I was just on my way to prepare my next act!". Shadow Milk summoned a puppet, moving its strings to make it skip in the air. Recluse just huffed, until the next words pierced ice cold fear into every crumb of his being—
"...And then I found that a poor little calf had left the heard!"
Recluse's head snapped to glare up at his boss, a hard expression on his face. To make matters worse, Shadow Milk just kept idly whistling while playing with his puppet.. toying with it. "What did you do..." the truthless one asked through bitterly gritted teeth. Shadow Milk grinned even wider. "Nothing, nothing! Don't be so tense, Vanilly! I just thought maybe the little doughling could use a place in the show!" He announced. Illusions of confetti and cannons shot out from behind him, dissolving in the air just as soon.
Recluse stepped closer, every line on his face a deadly scowl. "Where. Is. My. Child." He gritted out. Shadow Milk sighed, facing the door and calling out, "Bring em in, my little shadowlings!". Candy Apple and Black Sapphire Cookie swung open the doors, a small figure standing between them. They walked in, stopping to spread their arms open like they were showing off some grand prize. The sight made the truthless one's heart sink into his stomach.
It was the same vision as before, when you were under Shadow Milk's threads. Dull, empty eyes, a downcast expression, and a lifeless slump to your form. Your head tilted up, meeting your father's horrified eyes. He rushed forwards, pushing the minions away and grasping you tight to his chest "My baby... you didn't... not my baby..." he murmured
"Ugh, don't be so dramatic" Shadow Milk said with a frown, finally landing on the ground "They were out of line. I just made sure we were all singing the same tune! No more slip-ups". Recluse slowly turned his head, and Shadow Milk almost felt his jam freeze. The way the blonde bangs fell over the face containing barely restrained rage gave his 'friend' a dark shadow over his eyes. Someone once so kind, now carrying hate itself in his eyes, blue pupils shrunken and zeroed in on the Beast alone.
"You... you did this" Recluse said, slowly standing "You took everything from me. Was that not enough? Did my souljam not satisfy you enough?" He asked accusingly "I told you to never put your hands on them again. And now... now... you took them from me". Shadow Milk kept a glare on his face, standing up taller "You're so gullible". With a huff and a clap of his hands, the image of you began to fade, rapidly turning into air. "No- no!" The Recluse yelled, rushing back over. His hands grabbed at the empty air as you completely vanished. "No, no, no! I- I can't-!" He choked, gasping as he grabbed at where you once were "You have to-!"
"Ow!" Came a sharp yelp. Black Sapphire was rubbing his shin, where a small Cookie had kicked him with all their little might. The truthless one turned to the noise, completely stunned to see you giving your nastiest look to the purple performer. Candy Apple swiped the air near you, but you immediately bolted to the Recluse, putting your face in his shoulder. "Papa, papa! That bully didn't let me keep my snack! He took it all!" You complained
Recluse was left breathing shallowly, wide eyes looking up at the loudly cackling commander before him. "Oh, too good! You really fell for it, ahaha!" Shadow Milk went on, an arm wrapped around his stomach. "I don't..." Recluse began, with Shadow Milk quickly speaking again. "I'm the master of deceit for a reason!" He said in a sing-songy tone. He wiped at a tear of amusement from his eye, patting Black Sapphire on the back "Just a little illusion, obviously! Sheesh, you need those eyes checked". "All of that was just-" Recluse stammered, only to again be cut off
"A lie" Shadow Milk confirmed, Candy Apple giggling as Black Sapphire stood straight again. "But don't get too comfy. That was a little vision of the future, free of charge!" Shadow Milk added. He was still grinning, but it was tight at the corners, his eyes bored intensely into the man below him "So don't go around making threats like that again, 'kay? You never were good at keeping all those sheep in their pen. The next time one steps out... well. I keep spare puppet strings for a reason"
With no further words, he spun on his heels and walked to the exit. Black Sapphire and Candy Apple followed after, the TV host shooting one last glare to you before exiting. The door slammed shut, echoing in the room. The noise ringing off the walls resonated in the Recluse's head. You looked up, frustration melting away in place of worry. You gently tugged at his sleeve "Papa?"
Recluse turned to you, his eyes still brimming with pain. His expression slowly turned softer, a hand cupping your cheek "my little one.. you're okay". "Course I am," you said, tiling your head in confusion "Why?". "Nothing. Nothing at all" Recluse sighed. He kept petting your cheek as he spoke "Where... where did he have you?". "He told me I had to go in the library" You answered "But he left me there for so long! So I came to find you"
Recluse held you to his chest, arms wrapping around you completely. He cradled the back of your head, kissing the top of it "Please... please never leave my side again. I can't- bear the thought of losing you. This Spire is so dangerous, little bluebird". You nodded, nuzzling up into his chest. You could hear the waver in his words, and feel the slight shake of his arms while he held you. He rocked a little, cradling you as close as he could. "I promise," you said, holding your dad's robes a little tighter. Your eyes lingered on the door where just moments ago, you'd run in and had to seemingly save your papa from... whatever was happening
It took a few minutes, but eventually he did pull back. His eyes were sad, but he smiled as he ruffled your hair "I'll make you something to eat, okay? Anything you'd like". Your smile brightened, the sight already healing the fear in his heart. "Really? Thank you, papa! As long as that bully doesn't come back..." You huffed. The Recluse chuckled "Don't worry, I think you scared him off. You're very strong". "Yeah!" You agreed confidently, chuckling as your dad helped you stand again "I'll keep you safest!"
"Just stay close to me" he said, squeezing your hand in his "We'll find a way through this... someday"
Ok, but what if next time shadow milk comes into the dough baby's room, we show off our artistic skills by doing makeup on him? Making him as pretty as ever!

(And then when he leaves, black sapphire is like 'what in the world happened to your face-?'.. 'Art, my dear minion, ART')

You rummaged around in the box sitting beside you, taking out tools you honestly can't remember the name of. You knew dressing up your face was something adults did for fun, and hey, Shadow always did say you were his favorite little artist! The jester sat before you, hunced over so you could reach his face.
You applied what had to have been the third layer of blush, drawing shapes on his cheeks with eyeliner ink. He sat perfectly still, humming in contentment. While you were turned away, his eyes flicked over to the corner of your bed. The doll he'd given you was haphazardly tucked away, mismatched button eyes peeking out of the sheets. He couldn't help grinning to himself.
"Say, little one, did your papa say anything about our plush friend?" He asked, putting on the most innocent tone he could muster. You huffed, applying eye shadow to his right eyelid with a frown "No.. I gotta hide it. Papa would try to toss it away". "How cruel!" Shadow Milk gasped, his face the picture of childish hurt "All because your dear friend wanted to give you a little gift?"
You nodded sadly "Yeah... but he doesn't play with me anymore! He just talks about big stuff...". Shadow Milk shook his head, tutting as he pulled you into his arms "Poor little doll! All alone, with no one to play with" he sniffled. You couldn't help but giggle at his silly antics "Nuh-uh, I have you!". Shadow Milk grinned, but no kindness reached his eyes "That's right. You'll always have your dear friend Shadow Milk"
The doorknob clicked, and the strong hands cradling you were suddenly gone. You landed on the carpet of your room with a grunt, looking around in bewilderment. All traces of your blue and black friend had disappeared in a mere blink, as if he were never there. You felt yourself beginning to pout, but footsteps sounded of someone entering
"Little sunflower, are you here?" Pure Vanilla asked. When he saw you, his worry melted into a tiny smile. He strode over, makeup kit completely ignored as he lifted you onto your feet "I was looking all over for you. Are you alright?". "Yes, papa" you nodded. You couldn't help but notice lines on his face that hadn't been there before. Faint darkness under his eyes, circles wearing heavy on his kind face. Pure Vanilla's smile almost faltered seeing you looking at him in concern. He stood back up, patting your head "That's good. I've someone very important I'd like you to meet"
Just then, the door creaked open more. Dark Cacao was there, and right beside him stood someone new. A tall man with pale grey armor, iridescence shinning in his large sword. He placed the weapon to the side, intense gaze falling upon you. You scooted closer to Pure Vanilla, who held your hand as reassurance. This new stranger bent down, seemingly scanning every inch of your face. "May I have your hand, little one?" He asked, extending a gloved hand to you. You stepped back, looking up at Pure Vanilla. He nodded gently "Don't worry, this is a dear companion of mine. He won't hurt you. I wouldn't let him"
With some of your worries softened, you gave the stranger your hand. He closed his eyes, and a light emitted from him. The glow of it made you feel warm, and it seemed to circle your being. The stranger's brow furrowed, and he stood "I can sense it". Pure Vanilla suddenly looked afraid "You don't mean...?". The other nodded. "Their souljam has been touched by deceit. I can feel it, clouding the edge of their essence"
Dark Cacao's frown deepened, and Pure Vanilla gripped his sleeve "No.. no, no, this can't be. I've been so careful- I can't-" his breath hitched "Elder Faerie Cookie, you must help us". "Don't worry, I won't let any harm come to this doughling" Elder Faerie promised "I can watch them, in my kingdom"
"No!" You shouted, clinging to Pure Vanilla's robes. You hid your face in his stomach "Don't wanna!". With a deep frown, Pure Vanilla turned to the faerie "I think that would only harm them.. they're so young, they still need me". "But this is the safest way" Dark Cacao said "If that Beast is back, we don't know what others might have been freed. We must eliminate this problem quickly". "There has to be another way" Pure Vanilla plead, holding you close to him. He looked to Elder Faerie, who gave a conflicted sigh
"It is possible that I can send a guard from my kingdom, someone to watch over them. They won't be able to purge the influence, but hopefully it can stop the spread" he said. "Thank you, Elder Faerie" Pure Vanilla responded "For all your help. I'm more greatful than you can imagine". "I'll also be sending someone" Dark Cacao chimed in "This castle needs protection". "I couldn't ask that of you" Pure Vanilla said "You need someone to protect you as well, if this really means what we fear it does"
"You are one of my oldest and closest allies, Pure Vanilla Cookie" Dark Cacao responded "A threat to you is a threat to me. I know what it's like to lose yourself... to lose your child..." the Cacao king gave you a look, his sternness softened by reflection. Pure Vanilla nodded "Thank you, my dear friend. I very much appreciate it. Whenever you need, I will make sure to return this kindness"
After a long time of the three discussing their options, they were soon being seen out. You were much more relaxed, but still sticking to Pure Vanilla like glue. "You may expect Silverbell Cookie's arrival soon" Elder Faerie said, standing in the threshold of the castle doors "I have faith that he will guard this castle to the fullest extent possible". "I will send you Chocolate Bark Cookie" Dark Cacao said next "He is one of my oldest allies. You can rely on him, much like you rely on me". "I cannot thank you two enough" Pure Vanilla sighed "Please, be careful on your travels". "Don't worry about us" Elder Faerie said "We'll check in soon enough"
Once inside, you headed to the kitchen. It was still a little upsetting that Shadow Milk had left so suddenly, but now you were also confused. What did all this mean? Did you do something wrong? Why did everyone seem upset with you? As you mulled over the question, Pure Vanilla sat you in your favorite chair. "Care for some Fluffy Castella?" He asked, taking out a cooking pan. You grinned happily "Yes please! And a bit of Toffee jam". "Coming right up" Pure Vanilla chuckled "How about you help me mix it all together?". You slid off of your chair, padding over to excitedly peer at the counter "Yeah!! You can count on me!"
Lingering on the windowsill, a small inky black blob with a single blue eye observed you. It just as suddenly slunk back, rushing across the fields. Around the outskirts, where the trees covered the moon and the forest ground stayed dark, two Cookies leaned against the bark of the trees. The blob stopped before them, morphing and twisting. It grew in size until the gunk peeled away, revealing Shadow Milk Cookie. "Master Shadow Milk!" A pitchy voice squealed, the cookie with red apples in her hair jumping forwards to greet him. "That took hours" the Cookie in purple and black pointed out, sliding into view with smooth strides
"I needed information" Shadow Milk responded simply "It seems our target is getting reinforcements. They're trying to weed us out". "They caught on this quickly?" The purple one asked. "That Elder Faerie Cookie.. I just know he's planning to seal me in that cramped tree again" Shadow Milk mumbled. "Never!" The gal declared, squeezing Shadow Milk's arm in a crushing hug. "Don't worry, minions, your master won't go down that easily" Shadow Milk declared, bravado returning to his tone "With just a pinch of deceit, we'll plant the seeds of our brilliant takeover!"
"Is the... face paint a part of it?" The purple Cookie asked. Shadow Milk raised a hand, feeling the botched shapes and messy makeup that was still on his face. He put his hands on his hips with a scoff "This, Black Sapphire Cookie, is art. If you're jealous that I can pull it off, just say so". "Of course not, Master Shadow Milk" Black Sapphire replied, bowing deeply "How foolish of me". "You're forgiven. This time" Shadow Milk replied, beginning to step into the thick woods "Now we must prepare. Our next act is just a curtain call away!"
I was wondering if i could request a Pure Vanilla x Reader where the reader grew up believing that they came from the oven with no magic. They haven't had any abilities manifest like their fellow cookies, but it turns out they're a buffer/nuteralizer?
They subconsciously have the ability to surpress others' magic and never really picked up on it because they're oblivious in that sense since they grew up convinced they had no magic?

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Pure Vanilla never once minded that you seemed to have been born powerless. Regardless of what you could or couldn't do, you were his child no matter what. He filled the time that would have been used to practice it with general studies to strengthen your mind instead. Still, there were hints here or there that led him to questioning
ᯓᡣ𐭩 No one thought much when your classmates would suddenly struggle with their magic in the class you attended. They were young, it was expected they'd have trouble. But at times it seemed to almost vanish, or having infrequent intensity with the same effort applied to cast it
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Years went by, and you grew content with the idea of a mundane life. It wasn't so bad, especially because you had the support of Pure Vanilla and the Vanilla Kingdom behind you. You didn't think anything of it until one specific day...
ᯓᡣ𐭩 You were on the sidelines of a small fight, nothing out of the ordinary. A school friend of yours was taking care of it, when suddenly their powers fizzled. They failed a move, and you had to chase off the cakehound they had been fending off to protect them. They'd never made a mistake before, not like that. With their minor injuries, however, you thought it best to bring them to your dad for a heal
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Pure Vanilla was happy to assist as always, but even stranger still was his own powers faltering. The healing still went through and your friend's energy was restored, but it took longer than usual and with a bit more effort. That was when your small worries evolved into waves of stress, making the unknown force you carried grow stronger
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Pure Vanilla, perceptive as always, picked up on the shift. For just a moment, he asked you to leave the room. Despite your nerves, you listened, fidgeting with worry as you waited on the other side of the wall. You heard magic coming from inside the room, and a moment later you were called back in. Pure Vanilla calmly instructed your friend to attempt magic. All that left their hands was some colorful sparks that fizzled before they could touch the ground
ᯓᡣ𐭩 "Ah... it seems I was right" Pure Vanilla said. "With what?" You asked, now more curious than stressed. Your father gave you a reassuring smile, turning to you and gently holding your shoulders "My child, you have magic after all. As a magic neutralizer". You blinked once, twice without saying a word. The only thing you could think to say was "What? But- since when?"
ᯓᡣ𐭩 It took nearly an hour of explaining, but you finally processed that it was possible you had these powers the whole time. You felt... conflicted. What good was a power that could only weaken others? Would childhood memories of feeling left out among peers have been different if you knew since the beginning? Would you risk accidently hurting others?? Pure Vanilla took you aside after your friend had gone, leading to a second long talk about starting up training lessons that are evidently long overdue

Pure Vanilla was carrying you about the kingdom, letting you balance in his arms while he communicated with the subjects. You were looking around aimlessly, spotting all the curious critters that were about. Butterflies, sheep, blue birds, everything of the like.
As he was talking to one of the preachers, he felt you wiggle in his hold. He chuckled good naturedly, patting your head "Careful, little sunflower, you'll slip" he warned lightly. You kept reaching your hand out in the direction of a shadow "Cookie!". "Hm? Do you see someone?" Pure Vanilla asks, trying to turn his staff in that direction to see as well.
There was nothing but shadow, coming from one of the many statues his kingdom held. Even still, you were reaching to it insistently "Shadow Cookie! Eee, Shadow Cookie!". Pure Vanilla felt a small chill snake through his form. You were much too young to know of the Beasts, he'd kept the knowledge from you completely. And yet, just almost hearing the name of his adversary made a sickening worry fill him. His breathing became shallow, and he felt the eyes of the preacher on him. He shook his head a little, nervously chuckling.
"Ahah, yes, the shadow from a Cookie statue! How wise! You're getting very observant" he praised in a soft tone that nearly shook. You looked up at him with some confusion, and he pecked your forehead to soothe your frown. "How about we finish this up, and then we can go play in the gardens?" He asked, smiling gently at the way your face lit up "Ooo, okay!!". He sighed gratefully, going back to talk to his subject. He tried his best to put the thought out of mind. He didn't want you to worry, not when he was here to protect you.
