My derse outfit and then my date with my ex-assassin.
Just continuing Dad Egbert and Mom Lalonde's tradition of having a date on inappropriate location.
Keep dry in style with Maliwan!
During the period when Maliwan were a fairly new presence on Petrichor-7, they launched a promotional range of 7 umbrella designs available only on Petrichor-7 as a promotional stunt. Even years later these umbrellas are very popular and are often bought as souvenirs by tourists.
fuck it, fan planet
will there be more of these in the future? Possibly. Likely.
Land of Leaves and Thunderclap
LOLAT is occupied by a vast birch forest in a perpetual state of autumn. The reds and oranges of the trees are a stark contrast to the inky purple clouds that blanket the planet. The planet is plagued by a constant, harsh thunderstorm. It doesn’t always rain on LOLAT, but the ground is usually wet. The scent of rain and ozone are prominent throughout.
To the southwest of the rogue’s house is a lake that stretches for several miles. There are whispers of vast treasures beneath its surface, but venturing onto the lake is suicide. In addition to the lake being almost constantly electrified, a horrifying monster is said to reside somewhere in the vicinity.
The consorts were once members of a great subterranean civilization that was in possession of technology beyond one’s wildest dreams. Remnants of this technology still exist, but they are only for the most dedicated of adventurers.
The small, dragon-like consorts worship a god that bears the likeness of LOLAT’s totem animal, the dragonfly.
The Rogue of Mind’s duty on LOLAT is to confront Fulgora and find a way to stop the plague of lightning.
There is a unique species of plant that has made LOLAT its home. These huge trees stretch into the sky for hundreds of feet, absorb electricity, and are usually made into larger towns by the consorts. There are five of these trees on LOLAT, each are highly useful locations to the rogue. In particular, one tree is home to The Great Archives, which stores a complete history of LOLAT as well as useful information pertaining to the successful completion of the game, to those tenacious enough to decipher it. One of the other trees is located in the center of the lake. Beneath this tree’s roots rests Fulgora, but high up in its branches is the Rogue’s quest bed. The rogue must be careful in climbing this tree, lest they awaken the lady of lightning.
There is a cable car system that exists between four of the great trees. If the rogue repairs the station at each tree, they may have a handy system of expedient travel.
There is a vast system of underground tunnels on LOLAT, once used by the ancient civilization, that have now fallen into ruin. If the rogue is wary, they can sneak past the ancient sentinels and find the capital city far below the lake. Fulgora sleeps in the ruined palace, tangled in the roots of the great tree above.
There is a way to activate the city’s defences, but if the rogue cannot find a way to appear as an ally to the robots, they had better be damn good at absconding.
Tl;dr the quests are:
1. stop the lightning plague (main quest)
2. Decipher the texts within the archive
3. Repair the cable cars
4. Discover the secrets of the lost city
5. Defeat the beast and reclaim the lake
