8, 16, and 17 for the fandom asks if you'd like!
8. you hope more people will come to appreciate ___ (a ship, a trope, an episode, etc)
Okay. This could apply to a few ships. I love rare pairs among the X-Men fandom, like Ororo/Emma, Ororo/Kurt, or even Logan/Kurt. I also love tropes like "opposites attract" or enemies to friends to lovers. That's my jam no matter which fandom I'm playing around in. I've been a Stucky fan for a while, too, but I also adore Sam/Bucky and Sam/Steve or Winterhawk. There's always room on the table for different flavors of cake.
Getting back to tropes, though, mutual pining is also great, because Real Life People do that.
16. a tiny detail in canon that you want more people to appreciate
That half the X-Men characters that fans always theorized were bi actually ARE bi, now, in canon. Seriously. Like, about two-thirds of the roster. That's not even a tiny detail. A recent development that tickled me is that Raven and Irene are Kurt's actual biological moms. That was honestly the best retcon of one of the worst origin stories *the Draco* that could have ever happened, and I know Claremont has to feel vindicated, too.
17. the thing in canon that everyone loves and that you also love
The bits of the Falcon and The Winter Soldier show that looked like they were lifted DIRECTLY from "This, You Protect" by owlet. And I love that Morph on Xmen '97 is officially nonbinary. And I don't know if anyone else appreciates this, but I'm glad Morph no longer has that annoying little laugh from the original Fox show. The thing I wish that media would revisit from canon is that Sam can talk to birds. I hope that happens in future movies, comics, games, or shows. And last but not least, I LOVE the preview photos of "Stealth Suit Sam" from the newest film.
