This week's Featured Article is Sapphic September!
Sapphic September is an annual autumnal challenge focused on creating fanworks for wlw ships. It began as a simple tag on Tumblr that morphed into a recurring challenge that has had different moderators taking up the mantle over the years. In its current form, a month's worth of prompts is provided to inspire fans.

Important Lessons:
• Representation matters everywhere
• Consent is important everywhere
• You are not immune to accountability just because you here for fun. What about their enjoyment?
I go hard against ace[spec] erasure in fandom. Love me angst and fluff.
If you see me edit something multiple times after posting, no you didn’t.
I’m bad at keeping up, so if there’s a challenge/event I’m missing, tag or challenge me! I’d LOVE to participate!
If you enjoy my writing, please consider buying me a tea, and I take requests! https://ko-fi.com/corundumcreations *Edit so some assdick doesn’t attack me. I have a lot of originals and request doesn’t imply only a monetary exchange.
Welcome to OFMD AU-gust! Check out the prompts and start creating 💙
Rules and text version under the cut!
RULES:
Any OFMD fan creations count! Fic, art, dioramas, bakes…
You can do one day or all of them, and use as many prompts from the day as you want!
Tag everything #OFMDAU-GUST
Every time you post something, try and comment on someone else’s, too!
You can post any prompt any day AFTER that prompt’s official day! So you can post Improv fics any day after 8/1, but you can’t post theatre fics till 8/31.
This might not be in final draft, but I’m posting it today anyway! More from my Grey story for Advent 2020.
“When Pippa Soo recruited him for this project, she’d been excited to learn that he had a Chicago connection, that it was the city his Filipina mother had emigrated to as practically a teen, the city where his parents met.
He wanted to do right by that history.”
Oh, Blaine, It always comes back to your daddy issues with me. Sigh.
