If you're looking for something with a little sugar and spice, I hope you'll consider my newest fic, La Vie En Rose. 🌹 (snippet below)
At a friend's challenge, I tried something new and completely out of my comfort zone, and went in with no expectations... and personally, I think this has turned out to be some of my best work yet! It's a slice of life, post-identity reveal, married AU fic and it's got a little bit of everything- intimacy & tenderness, silliness, sexy times, and I poured all of my very best fluff in there too. I hope you enjoy!
P.s. When you're done, I highly recommend giving the linked fic, Bed of Roses by @kuromori4 a read. Trust me, you won't regret it!
“Oh, there you are, Chaton,” a warm, mellifluous voice startled him as slim arms wrapped around his waist from behind and snaked up his torso, dainty hands splaying across his ribs and chest. “I was beginning to think you would be out all night.”
Chat Noir let out a relieved breath that he hadn’t even realized he was holding. “As if I could keep myself away from you that long, Bugaboo,” he replied fondly, an easy smile gracing his lips once again.
Chat relaxed his shoulders as he felt the tension of the day melt away, and with the sound of her achingly sweet, familiar voice, he let the welcome feelings of love, comfort, and belonging flood through him. The feeling of home- a feeling that, once upon a time, he’d never thought he would be fortunate enough to experience. A feeling that seemed to live inside of, and radiate from, Marinette. His Marinette. He thanked the universe every day that she had chosen him. It was a blessing he would never take for granted, coming home to someone who loved him and wanted him. Coming home to her.
“Y’know, Marinette, if I didn’t know better,” Chat teased, dropping the rose petal back on the bed with a smirk and turning in her arms to greet her properly, “I’d think you were trying to-”
The words died in his throat as he caught his first glimpse of his wife. Suddenly the full weight of the rose petals, candles, and music really hit him.
