“ her playdate fell through at the last minute. i hope you don’t mind. ”  a lie. she had planned around nilsa’s schedule on purpose. nilsa is an emotional shield. the table is laid out with a good spread. the coffee smells inviting, but she’ll reach for the calming tea sachets instead and try for a sunny smile. this is fine, it will be like a doctor’s appointment, uncomfortable for awhile, but necessary and then it would be over until the next time. hands come up  “ happy belated birthday ! ”  [ @fannicroy​ ]

     - ‘ ORIGAMI KAIKAN; it’s a museum, art exhibition and offers classes. i figured we could dive a bit into local culture while we chat. ’ because he had a purpose. foolish was the person who thought sergi had bid high on fanni for a laugh. in the entry he  quickly greeted the woman who had closed the building for him before stepping aside so his date could do the same. ‘ which do you want to visit first ? ’ @fannicroy​
