Waste Classpects 1: Waste of Time (Stolen essentially directly from @classpector, check out all the canon Classpects over there) Waste: Active neglection class. Wastes often have an abundance of or latent skill in their element, but do not properly utilise it to it's full potential. Time: Control over the flow of time itself and the purity of the timeline. Metaphorically it represents patience. A Waste of Time has all of the time in the world, and oftentimes literally. Rivalling Lords with their ability to shape timelines, they would be a significant benificial part of a session, or a massive factor in its' faliure, should they actually utilise their abilities properly. But they don't. Not because they can't, but simply because they do not want to. Wastes of Time exist practically anytime, but stay in a pocket of time that is so incredibly fast compared to the main timeline, that time appears frozen from the inside, and thus most Wastes of Time remain hidden. The grand majority of them only observe, never interfering unless it directly involves them or a loved one, though many Wastes of Time will lack loved ones or friends due to not making time for them despite their abundance. The only players to have located or even acknowledged the existence of Wastes of Time, are Lords, Muses and Knights of Time, being the only ones with abilites of similar usage, although entirely more helpful. Like all Wastes, However, their apathy is, in fact, essentially benign, as Waste class players only appear in sessions where all class roles already fit the required quota for a fruitful session, or if one or more players share a class. That isn't to say a Waste class cannot be useful, but simply that in 90% of the cases their inaction is entirely harmless.
Is there a Sburb Land generator that doesn't include fanon titles?
The only one online keeps pissing me off because its practically all fanon.
Not sure if this is the right blog to be asking this question, so if it is sorry for cluttering your inbox, but could you give me an idea of what might be a Class and/or Aspect for someone who a main character trait is that they are mute? To give a bit more context, if they must speak in direct confrontation, the most they'd get is things like nods and the shrugging of shoulders to interact with. maybe they can speak through psychic powers to speak into their mind? Unless that goes against mute.
I don’t think telepathics would go against it, but unless there is a more personal reasoning behind it, muteness as a physical trait or a personality quirk may not have any influence in deciding their Class or Aspect.
You could perhaps make it about withheld information [Keys/Void] or communication/expression [Breath]? I would need more specifics on the reasoning behind it.
Are there any titles, either fan made or canon, that represent everything?
Could you be more specific about what you mean?
A player's Titular powers work a lot like art.
If you try to force your own hand, the turbulence will interrupt yourself from being able to produce much of any results. But if you can trust yourself to follow the lead of what your hand wants to do, the flow is right to produce much better results. It's a matter of trusting yourself, your intuition, and your inspiration.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Assistance.
Sgameplay does not have a Title Test, as other blogs have their own excellent tests to point readers in the right direction, however.
If the canon and/or fanon classpect side-pages do not give you a general idea of what would suit your personal themes or needs, I am willing to interview you through private asks/messages. (More information being added to said side-pages, expect revisions later.) Writing tests are, at least presently, not an adequate capability of mine, but I can deduce suitable Titles through personal discussion.
The inbox is always open.
I know this may be a random question but how would the Soul class work in opposition to the Spark? I'm really confused as to how the Soul's powers are supposed to indirectly affect anything. I've been trying to work it out in my mind, but it's difficult! What does that mean, "indirectly"? >~<
The Page of Hope explains how Soul and Spark work here, more specifically here.Read her descriptions for a more comprehensive explanation, but the idea is that Sparks must directly affect you, and Souls must affect your environment.Using Life as an example, It’s like the difference between having a healer [Spark] or healing potions [Soul].
They’re both meant as catalyzer Classes with a lot of potential. The rules placed on them are because they could otherwise translate as any power over their Aspect.
