I promise I'm still alive. Its been quite some time since I've posted any personal art. Been pretty busy with work, freelance and life stuff . . . but here is last weeks Rhode Montijo Fantasmical Friday prompt on Instagram. Hoping I'll be able to do the remaining prompts and maybe even do all the ones I missed. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I was dying to do the other prompts but didn't have the free time. Felt wonderful to make something for myself for a change.

This weeks Fantasmical Friday Yokai Edition is the Amabie. Its associated with foretelling of epidemics or abundant harvests. There are some different versions of this creature, I went with the three legged fish (mermaid) version.

Here is last weeks prompt for Rhode Montijo's DTIYS Fantasmical Fridays on Instagram. You'll probably see more Halloween themed art for this art challenge cause I just love vintage art esp Halloween art. Any excuse to paint jack o lanterns is a good one for me. lol Everyone have a safe and fun Halloween!
