Some other professors at my fantasy university... (posting them together so I don’t spam you - dwarven artificer and lich posted already)

We’ve got the centaur (she/her) who teaches botany and related magical plant studies who is very shy, the gnoll (he/him) who teaches martial arts and is a complete clown/goofball but a really good listener, the mermaid (she/her) who teaches some kind of enchanting/summoning and is usually stern but has a silly side, and the music professor (she/her) who likes to laugh a lot and is married to her tiny goblin wife and would do anything for her. 

I really love this series of characters! Let me know if you’re interested in seeing any more. If not, I’ll stop here.

Local lich professor (he/they) who’s constantly over-caffeinated (don’t ask how that works with their skeletal body, ok? They teach magic, so it’s probably a spell or something). They have a collection of high-heeled boots that are the envy of most of the staff of this fantasy university...

Last one, I promise. Goblin chef (she/her) is married to the minotaur in this post. She teaches the cookery courses and her wardrobe is almost exclusively pastel shades. She’s got the dirtiest laugh when she’s truly amused, takes no shit from anyone, and is very protective of her students. She usually arrives at class with some new concoction for them to try. Mostly it’s delicious.

Ooh i love the wheelchair mermaid professor! Does she have any problems with drying out on land? I guess she spends a lot of time out of water...

The mermaid professor has a special pool in the classroom where she teaches, so that it’s not only her who won’t dry out, but any other students can also stay in the water if they’re an aquatic species. She uses the chair to get around the campus.

What's the university idea?

Earlier today I shared some characters I’d designed through Hero Forge, and as I went, I decided they were all professors at a fantasy university. Then I remembered Old Trollbridge, which was a university I created for my stories (largely on Patreon I think) based on Cambridge, which I had added to my Starfall Springs universe ages ago. That university was inspired by the one I used as the setting for my orc mage story with Orrakh (link in masterlist).

(Obviously though, the idea of a fantasy university with diverse races/species is not new or unique to me.)
