White Arkitekter – Sustainable Architectural Solutions
White Arkitekter, founded in 1951 in Sweden, is one of Scandinavia’s leading architectural practices with over 700 employees. Over the years, White has completed projects in 50 countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa and is currently working on projects in nine different countries with the ambition to continue to expand internationally. Many of White’s projects are within the areas of urban design, sustainability and social sustainability. Current projects include the urban transformation of moving the city of Kiruna, Sweden, and the urban development in Rockaway Beach, New York.
On November 5, Monica von Schmalensee, CEO of White Arkitekter, will join the panel “How are we going to live – sustainably?” where she will provide unique insights into the challenges of building sustainable urban areas.
