1 1/2 hours of hard work and I delivered the last two piglets 🐖 from a gilt whose pelvis was a little too small.
I’ve showered and my hair still smells like pigs. 🤢
My arms are sore and tired. I’m gonna have to switch around my long runs now since today’s 7miles isn’t happening. My knees are killing me from kneeling on the floor for 90 minutes.

Looks like we are going to have a batch of Easter piglets. I'm a little worried, though. The sow that is farrowing is a bit of a pig and I'm concerned that she's been overeating since we started feeding cheese. You don't want pregnant sows to overeat, because it may result in very large piglets. Her piglets are normally on the large side, but usually she doesn't have any problems. It's still too early in the labor to see if she's going to have trouble. I've yet to have a sow get a piglet stuck during farrowing, but that doesn't mean it's never going to happen.
