Okay I have some explaining to do...
Okay okay. I know. I didn't post pics of what I ate, blah blah blah I KNOW. IM TERRIBLE UGH. But hopefully to make it up here is what I ate yesterday: Breakfast: Nothing really...just a few mini bell peppers to snack on. (I know breakfast is important sheesh) Lunch: Grilled Chicken Dinner: Grilled tilapia with broccoli and sautéed zucchini Snacks: Some strawberries, and blackberries Drinks: Water with lemon, a shot of sprite (ugh ok maybe a little more than a shot) Alright so that's what I ate yesterday IM SORRY FOR NOT POSTING PICS. I'll try to keep my phone charged enough to take pics this time!!!! I'm just going to be stupid and make more than one post today because I got some progress for yall.
