IM SO SORRY GUYSSSS
Hey everyone sorry I haven’t posted in like a week, I was going through some really bad mental health issues. But I’m on the right track to getting better with those! But don’t worry I’m still on track with keto as well!!
Wish someone understood the daily anxiety I go through and how hard it is to progress at all... but I'm still trying so hopefully it still counts.

SORRY I TOTALLY HAD A LATE START DAY AND HAD SO MUCH PLANNED!!!! Sooo... I woke up around hmm...2 pm and got a call from my friend asking to come by later. So from there just took a shower went, and I am BARELY back just now. AKA I'm pooped. GOOD NEWS THOUGH!!!! I am a solid 207.0!!!! .3 ounces lost but it was a cheat day yesterday! So here's the not so good news (lol) I kinda cheated today too. LET ME EXPLAIN!!! My fiancé passed his life exam so his coworkers took us all out to Korean BBQ (which is primarily meats and veggies) but I had a few Cajun fries, and 2 chopstick bites of rice SO I THINK I DID GOOD OK UGH! CW: 207.0 ( I'm expecting to gain a bit in the morning lol so this post will conclude here lol) See ya tomorrow!

Guys I cheated. (Faint cry) So what really happened was after a day of rafting at the river I come home to a house whose AC refuses to work. There I was with my best friend just wiping sweat off ourselves while we position my plug in fan like 8 inches away from us. We eventually caved in and decided to go get a sweet treat at our nearest Yogurtland. Ugh already kinda regret it and kinda don’t. But anywho, I had -in total- 8 oz. with a few raspberries, kiwi, and mochi on top. It looked so yummy I was so stoked!!! Then I took a bite and … wasn’t impressed.
Maybe my body is just used to steering clear of most carbs that they just don’t taste good at all. Because it tasted LIKE SHIT. I was pissed nonetheless that we had just paid 5 bucks for this gross overly sweet (no sugar so hmm coincidence???) frozen yogurt.
LUCKILY I CHECKED THE NUTRITION FACTS BEFORE THOUGH!!!! Sooooo…
Total Carbs from Yogurt: 8g per ounce x 8 = +/- 64g of carbs (I had a few toppings on there)
BUT JESUS FUCKING CHRIST 64 GRAMS OF CARBS.
Nearly. Had. A. Heart. Attack.
Note to self: RESIST ALL TEMPTATION.

206.3... my question is how THE FUCK am I losing so much right now?! Actually, I'm not going to focus too much on that at the moment because I know I'm going to reach a frustrating plateau soon. But yeah! Today is my cheat day (but really haven't done much cheating lol) so I had some almonds, cheese, strawberries, and a roll. And honestly I don't miss carbs (shocking I know) they just taste like empty space to me now. Kindof sucks lol but hey I'm on my way to be looking healthy and feeling good. I'm not going to do my end of day results yet because who knows I might get a little snacky not sure yet but I spent my day at the river today and got a bit of sun so my Latina side is finally going to be visible!!! Helll yeah

Okay so since yesterday (during the day) I failed to post on here I weighed in at 207.8!!! Probably because I didn’t eat a lot the day before (Saturday) because today when I weighed in first thing in the morning I came to 209.3. Still down from 213 but still 9 more pounds until I break back into the 100’s! Super excited and yes I’ll be posting some pictures of my dinner tonight!

I am as busy as the next mother, but I have got into a ‘new’ low-carb routine. Where there was once cereal and toast, there is now grain-free granola, unsweetened yoghurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, leftovers, smoothies or cold meat.

Okay okay. I know. I didn't post pics of what I ate, blah blah blah I KNOW. IM TERRIBLE UGH. But hopefully to make it up here is what I ate yesterday: Breakfast: Nothing really...just a few mini bell peppers to snack on. (I know breakfast is important sheesh) Lunch: Grilled Chicken Dinner: Grilled tilapia with broccoli and sautéed zucchini Snacks: Some strawberries, and blackberries Drinks: Water with lemon, a shot of sprite (ugh ok maybe a little more than a shot) Alright so that's what I ate yesterday IM SORRY FOR NOT POSTING PICS. I'll try to keep my phone charged enough to take pics this time!!!! I'm just going to be stupid and make more than one post today because I got some progress for yall.

Starting on a Sunday...
May 21, 2017 ~ 2:30am CW: 214.3 GW1: 200 ...yes I have more than 1 goal weight... GW2: 175 GW3: 150 GW4: 135 Okay, wholeheartedly and with my little petite-yet-chunky soul I swear to fully and extensively commit to this until I reach my goal weight and even afterwards I will change my life for the better! Phew! Glad that part is over. Okay sooooo I have tried (and failed) so many times at these fitness blogs and updates and such, but this time is it. I have already spent a week or so developing my keto mind set and I think I am ready to embark on this journey! Alright so the plan is to upload pictures of what I eat and my weight, measurements blah blah blah you know the dealio right? Cool. So yeah my current weight is 214.3 aka THE BIGGEST I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE. Since my plateau in high school at 160 this has been the first time I've ever gained weight. 50. Fucking. Pounds. You've got to be joking right? Well instead of sitting here making myself feel like shit (which I have been doing for like 6 months now) I decided to bust out of my obese shell and seriously turn my life for the better. So what is up with all the goal weights? Well, in the past I've set a single and intense goal weight (like 45 pounds away) and I get easily discouraged and give up within a matter of days. So boom! More than one goal weight means more than one thing to look forward to! I'm personally very proud of myself for making my goals reachable and motivating! Anyways, today is Sunday (ok I know it's only 2am but it's still Sunday geez!!!) and that means our first full day of bloggging! I might even start blogging in a few weeks not quite sure yet! Nonetheless, I'm going to straighten up the house and hit the showers because we have got a big day planned for tomorrow 😎
