It’s still within the normal range but it was pretty low before, I tend to unintentionally reduce fat when trying to “eat healthy”, not because I want to avoid fat but because I was avoiding calories (so for example, I would always snack on fruit instead of nuts even when I really wanted nuts, and I would try to eat vegetables with no oil and low oil pastas, the latter of which is literally a sin against God and I apologize to everyone involved) and also so many healthy options are low fat because they think that’s what people want

But anyway, basically, eating low calorie meals in large portions worked well for a while in the past but only if I only ate food that I prepared and avoided calorie dense meals forever which is not fun or sustainable.
