Week 1 is done! How did I do?
Good morning! I’m sorry for not posting this weekend but I did stay on plan and got my 3rd walk in! I will include pictures of my food tracking in this post! The big question, is what were my results from week 1! I lost 3lbs! Woo-hoo! My plan for Week 2: Is the same as week 1.
