Losing my spin virginity.

When told about spinning by my older sister, she said one thing to me "You will sweat!". So I thought to myself yeh yeh that's the part of exercising, nothing's wrong with a bit of sweat. But when 10 minutes into a half an hour session and I can feel sweat dripping from places I didn't know could sweat, I realise that I had truly underestimated my sisters words. On the plus side, it works and boy do you feel it. I felt great and I'd even go as far to say I had a lot of fun. Apart from one teeny tiny problem; the saddle on that bike is not your friend, and your fanny will hate you for introducing them to each other. Aside of that, highly recommended! Belle x

Today we gained a member! We 5 are now 6. We also had our first FatBusters meeting today where we had our initial weights and measurements taken I'll leave it up to you girls to what you want to post onto this blog about those.

We also got given our FatBusters bibles which I solemnly swear to live by from now on. Excited for the next weigh in next tuesday. I hope everyone has a healthy week!
