Yes, it's #NationalLiqueurDay but...I've a bottle of @bombaysapphireus EAST London dry gin. Normally in the autumn 🍂 I fall back to my usual, bourbon. (Pun intended☺️) But Angelenos have been having quite the summer-like fall thus far. Anyway, I've fresh marjoram, thyme, rosemary and sage...Dare I infused this Gin with one (or more of them) for an even more tantalizingly refreshing gin & tonic or gin & soda?
