The secret life of Venice
Favourite spot
Home - the Palazzo Papadopoli. We have always lived here, since we were born. We live on the top floor, and the rest of the palace is now the Aman hotel.
We'd rather not tell you about...
...Trattoria Antiche Carampane, which serves the absolute best granseola tagliolini (spider-crab pasta).
Top tip
Naranzaria, a tiny osteria next to the Rialto bridge, is a brilliant stop for an Aperol Spritz

My favourite spot during summer time!
Non textile swimming from the smooth cliffs off the Swedish west coast ✨🐬☀️
After SO MUCH ranting and cursing to my darling @garden-of-the-snake-king over this topic - I’ve finally decided to incorporate my guilty pleasure, wild AU of Maya and Deacon being a couple into her actual canon story 🙈 Now any of you that know her - know that Maya and Deacon are the bestest of friends. Completely platonic and the GOALS of friendship. Two souls split into two bodies. This relationship does not change throughout the first part of her story (where she takes down the Institute and afterwards) but will be incorporated into the second part of her story which takes place about 5 years after that. Yes her other relationships still play out the same and the main plot of the story is still in tact. But I love these two romantically so much once I started to play with the idea and I NEEDED to include it as the dynamic makes for SUCH good writing. Stay tuned 😘
His favourite spot when his person is not around.
If you have been following me for a while you will recognise my favourite spot. I come here to work a lot and we also regularly meet here with a good friend to catch up. The last time we met was a few days before his wedding and now we have all returned and he is married, which is overwhelming and wonderful. The wedding was beautiful but it didn’t really sink in until seeing him as we usually do. I had to get his wedding ring in the frame, because I have so many photographs like these and they are starting to tell their own story :–)
