Who's your favorite pota characters out of all the series :3 ?

My favourite will always be Caesar, and that will never ever change ♡ a very very close second is Noa, and I think I'm gonna love him more and more with each new movie. I would also mention Mae, Maurice, Blue Eyes and Rocket on my favourites pota list ✨️

So, I faceplanted into a reading slump this year. As a consequence, I don't really have much of a best-of list for books, as other than with uni stuff and poetry, my "read" shelf didn't expand much.

However, I watched some good, so bad they're good and just plain bad movies.... as well as some interesting short films.

So I figured I'd share some films I enjoyed and a few that left me cold.

Brienne of Tarth!

Favorite thing about them

I love her stubbornness. I think it is a really admirable quality, especially considering how much shit she gets and it would be really easy for her to just give way. But she doesn't and always stands by her principles.

Least favourite thing about them

I still love this about her, but it is probably her worst quality, and that is she is HUGELY judgemental in the early books, and comes to conclusions which she sticks by that are probably only reflective of a few little facts she has (like what she thinks of Jaime, and what she thinks of Renly).

Favorite line

I love Brienne and Catelyn's relationship in ACOK, and the sheer angst of Brienne being confronted by Catelyn's zombie breaks my heart.

This little couple called Jaime Lannister and Brienne of Tarth.

Some people seriously think that Hyle Hunt is Brienne's main love interest in the story so, although I really enjoy him as a character, I would have to say Hyle/Brienne.

Random Headcanon

If Jaime and Brienne were to get married, Brienne would spend the first few months thinking that Jaime is eventually going to get a mistress, because that is really common in the Seven Kingdoms. However, it never happens, and it just makes her love Jaime more.

Unpopular opinion

idk if this is unpopular, but I've definitely seen some push back on this one. Brienne is super-unconfident about everything other than her fighting skills and her morals, and has a touch of social anxiety. That she is terrified of touching Catelyn and hides at the corner of parties is my main piece of evidence for this.

Either My Skin by Natalie Merchant, or Annie's Song by John Denver.

Favourite picture of them

This masterpiece made me cry for about a week after I first saw it.

This weeks food was as good as ever. The Mindful Chef Coconut and Lemongrass Chicken Curry (image 3) was to die for. I don’t think I’ve eaten a anything so delicious!!

Some of this weeks Mindful Chef meals. So delicious. The smokey black beans (picture 3)and apple pork burgers (picture 1) definitely amongst my favourites (albeit the pork burgers got a bit burned woops!) no complaints at all this week. Each and every one was delicious and ~600cals with no gluten or dairy, and a good carb:protein:fat ratio. Feeling quite good this week even if my fitness is making me feel down. I’ll keep plugging away though.

I’ve been watching Haikyuu!! Lately, which is a vollyball anime. (Not the kind with scantily clad ladies I may add...) and I really love how the characters keep pushing forwards. They fail and keep trying. It’s quite inspiring. It’s made me want to work harder.
