Letters to Milena - Franz Kafka
I definitely fell in love with how silly Franz gets in this book. A wonderful read, but it also left me heartbroken and contemplating a lot of aspects of the human condition. i’m thankful for the appendices in the back having several essays by Milena to give context to a few of the comments Franz makes in his letters to her. This is the kind of book I enjoy enough to re-read

Very excellent psychological thriller with an ending that made me a little sad. I actually got emotionally invested in this read and the plot thickens in the most twisted and heart wrenching way.

The unexpected twist ending to this book made an already interesting read with quirky characters even better. I didn’t think I’d enjoy it this much but I will definitely be reading it again in the future.

Hands down one of the most emotional and angstiest books I’ve ever read. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Heartbreak Warfare is adequately named. This book embodies the title. It will literally tear your insides apart. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ From the get go I could tell that this book would tear at my emotions. Just at page three I could already feel some tears at bay. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But I don’t think I was fully prepared in fact I wasn’t prepared at all for the rollercoaster that is this book.
