So the top was my breakfast today. First time I had that brand because I had a coupon. It did taste good. Very sweet. BUTTTT I was so disappointed in the calories and the macro break down. That’s pretty low protein for a Greek yogurt. I usually get fat free plain... so I should be a little less surprised. (but folks that is closer to ice cream.) And it was smol (aka where is the other half of my meal? Still hungry here.)
COMPARED TO: dessert. My slow digesting protein shake. Probably one of the best parts of my day. I get the chocolate peanut-butter cup flavor of Level-1 and just blend it was ice and water (above). This protein is so light and fluffy that it comes out thick like this. (milkshake status) Not every protein powder will be able to do this, or taste this great. 1st phorm uses low heat processing on their proteins to keep them highly digestible, avoiding any bloating, gas, or indigestion you find with a lot of other products. The macros on this are solid as a meal replacement protein, especially since it is formulated to have a slower digestive process to help give that long term fuel for your body, but also to help you actually stay full.
